Located in the historic village of Wortel, this elegant first-floor apartment offers a peaceful escape for families or friends in a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Founded in 1822 by Johannes van den Bosch, the Colony of Benevolence is now recognized as a cultural landscape of global significance.

The apartment features a cozy living room with fireplace and TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area perfect for shared meals. Guests have restricted access to a private garden, home to a colorful animal farm and occasionally used for school and youth camps. Please consult the owner for access.

Enjoy the green surroundings near the Dutch border, ideal for walking, cycling, and cultural exploration. A spacious parking lot is available, but parking in the courtyard is not permitted.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming apartment, The kids loved the garden area, especially during the weekend camps, The kitchen was well-equipped for family meals, and we enjoyed cozy evenings by the fireplace, The location is peaceful, surrounded by nature, yet close enough to explore nearby attractions like the Sint Catharinakerk

The location is fantastic, beautiful.

When we arrived there was no toilet paper but they provided it for us. There is no salt, but sugar and coffee for a day.

The decoration of the living room and kitchen is great. Simpler rooms, one is really a dress without a window.

Communication by WhatsApp correct.

But today they told my husband that we can't enjoy the common areas... they appear to be enjoyable in the ad. It is not logical. The house is in a closed area that cannot be enjoyed !!!
