Starting from summer 2025, we will rent out our lovingly furnished holiday home with wellness facilities, such as a private sauna, jacuzzi, and rain shower. The forest house is located in a villa park in a beautiful green recreational area and on the edge of the Pagnevaartbos in West Brabant. Next to the park is the largest water play park in Europe: Splesj. Within half an hour from the park, there are no fewer than 16 swimming pools and 4 natural swimming spots! And there are many more fun activities in the area! Within 40 minutes you are already in beautiful Zeeland.
We will prepare an information folder for you with fun outings. This is a place where you never have to be bored for a second, or where you can do absolutely nothing and completely relax :)
Villa Wellness Retreat is fully styled in Ibiza atmosphere! You can enjoy the sauna, jacuzzi, rain shower with massage shower, and the lovely large garden with seating areas, the starry sky, and the setting sun. All facilities are available exclusively for you!
The holiday home has a small but cozy living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom, bathroom, and sauna on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are 2 additional bedrooms and a separate toilet.
We have 4 single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), but of course you can push two beds together if you want to lie close to each other. And on the ground floor there is also a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). You can sleep here with up to 6 people.
The kitchen is equipped with a tabletop refrigerator with freezer compartment, an oven, gas stove, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, and a kettle. Of course, all crockery, cutlery, and pans are available.
The kitchen is open to the cozy living room with a smart TV where you can use your own streaming service (Netflix etc.).
The bathroom has a wonderful rain shower and a separate hand shower with massage settings. We have a double washbasin with beautiful marble-look sinks. In this bathroom you will feel completely relaxed :)
The indoor Finnish sauna is next to the bathroom. It is a small infusion sauna where you can relax with a maximum of 3 people at the same time. If you are with more people, you can take turns with the wonderful Spa (jacuzzi) in the large backyard. The Spa can be used by up to 4 people.
Through the sliding doors in the living room you go to the spacious green garden. At the sliding doors there is a small canopy with a lounge set and a separate picnic table. We provide a barbecue that may be used on the lawn, but not under the canopy or against the house due to fire hazard. We provide barbecue utensils, but we ask you to bring your own briquettes.
The garden is not fully fenced.
Two cars can be parked for free at the house.

From the villa park, you are at the airport in 6 minutes, where you can discover everything about the operations at an airport. A professional flying lesson is super fun to experience!

To keep the jacuzzi clean, clear, and hygienic for all guests, we have clear rules:
* Showering is mandatory before using the jacuzzi.
* Eating and drinking in or around the jacuzzi are not allowed.
? What you can expect:
* bed linen for the number of reserved guests
* 1 soft towel per person (50 cm x 100 cm)
* Set of kitchen linen
* A toilet roll (bring extra yourself)
* A few dishwasher tablets
* Basic products: salt, pepper, oil, hand soap
Note: we deliberately do not provide shampoo, shower gel, or charcoal for the BBQ. Please bring your own if desired.

We are always open to clear communication and gladly resolve any genuine issues properly. We do ask for respect for our house rules and expect guests to accept minor inconveniences or not meeting all your personal preferences.
We still have a villa on the park, Villa Wellness Retreat 2. Both of our cottages have been completely renovated. Some cottages in the park are still being renovated, so there may still be some construction work in the park in 2025.
