Büttelkow Manor House is a house with soul and flair - and not too far from the sea. Lots of nature, ecologically run and fantastically situated, a listed gem with a special ambience, partly preserved in its original state, incomparably friendlier than a sterile off-the-peg hotel.
You will find our manor house and our house in the manor park in Büttelkow in a quiet rural area close to the coast between Rostock and Wismar. The Baltic Sea beach in Kühlungsborn or Rerik can be reached in a few minutes.
As soon as you arrive, relaxation begins in the spacious, bright, individually designed holiday flats. The idyllic, quiet location as well as the proximity to the sea, to the Baltic Sea is a pleasure, pure country lust. Büttelkow is a good starting point for exploring the beautiful Baltic Sea landscape with all its lovely places to discover. We will be happy to give you tips on the spot.
We love animals, but unfortunately pets are not allowed in the holiday flats as we offer allergy-friendly living. If required, free Wi-Fi is available, our house is TV-free, smoking in the green is possible.

You will find our manor house and our house in the manor park in Büttelkow in a quiet rural area close to the coast between Rostock and Wismar. The Baltic Sea beach in Kühlungsborn or Rerik can be reached in a few minutes. We are centrally located between the Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock.

- Rücktritt / Stornierung Nachdem wir die Stornierung von Ihnen erhalten haben, werden wir uns umgehend um andere Gäste für den entsprechenden Zeitraum bemühen und die Einnahmen abzüglich Werbungskosten mit den Stornierungsgebühren verrechnen. Bei rechtzeitiger Bekanntgabe der Stornierung war es bis jetzt fast immer möglich die Wohnung ohne weitere Stornierungskosten zu vermieten. Trotzdem empfehlen wir den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung. Vorzeitige Abreise: Bei einer vorzeitigen Abreise besteht kein Anspruch auf Erstattung des Mietpreises. Wir werden uns jedoch bemühen die Unterkunft anderweitig zu vermieten und die Einnahmen entsprechend zu verrechnen Sofern Sie nach einer Buchungsbestätigung aus Gründen zurücktreten, welche die Herrenhaus GbR Büttelkow nicht zu vertreten hat, fallen in der Regel folgende Stornierungsgebühren an: Stornierungsgebühren setzen sich wie folgt zusammen: 90 bis 61 Tage vor Mietbeginn 50% der Miete 60 bis 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn 75% der Miete 34 bis 2 Tage vor Mietbeginn 90% der Miete 1 Tag vor Mietbeginn 100% der Miete (dies gilt auch bei Nichtanreise) Die Stornierungsgebühr (ab 7 Tagen) wird zur Hälfte verrechnet, wenn Sie zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt im selben Kalenderjahr den gleichen Zeitraum buchen.
