The house has a new kitchen with induction cooker, dishwasher, microwave etc, 2 bedrooms and an open sleeping loft. The cosy living room is equipped with a wood-burning stove.
A wooden terrace with garden furniture, loungers and a charcoal grill is also available.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a small holiday village with Swedish wooden houses (see aerial photo). Around the small village is pure nature.
Lake Userin belongs to the Müritz National Park. This means that motor boats are not allowed in order to protect the flora and fauna.
So you can swim and paddle carefree. Lake Userin is connected to other lakes, so you can extend your paddling tours as far as you like. There is a playground and a sports field right next to the holiday village. There is also a beach volleyball court, a table tennis table and a fireplace.
The residential town of Neustrelitz with good shopping facilities, restaurants, cinema and lots of culture (further information also available at ) is about 8 km away and can be easily reached in a few minutes by car or also via a cycle path running through from Userin.
The most necessary shopping can also be done in a small village shop in Userin.
