Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is located directly in the beautiful nature of the southern Bavarian Forest. In the border triangle, it is only a few kilometres to the 3-river city of Passau, to the Czech Republic or to Austria's largest skiing area outside the Alps.
Hundreds of kilometres of designated hiking trails nearby. Skiing on excellent slopes and cross-country trails. Stone worlds, graphite mine, excursions to the tree top walk, bicycle tours along the Danube or the Inn. Bavarian gastronomy and much more.
The children's playground of the holiday village is right next to the holiday flat. Not far away is the indoor swimming pool with sauna and in summer the small outdoor swimming pool of the holiday village. Hauzenberg is a lively small town surrounded by numerous granite mountains of the Southern Bavarian Forest. Its location in the border triangle of Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic has shaped the development of the town into a state-recognised climatic health resort and possible medium-sized centre.
Culture and customs are cultivated here and are firmly established in the annual calendar. Sights such as the Granite Centre Bavarian Forest impress the numerous visitors who spend their holidays in the "granite town" every year. The nearby skiing and hiking areas, Lake Freudensee as a natural adventure pool, modern sports and leisure facilities, the spa and citizens' park with lake stage and adventure playground offer a wide range of opportunities for attractive leisure fun and recreation.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation Policy If the guest cancels the booking or does not arrive on the day of arrival, the landlord's claim to the rental fee remains. The rental fee depends on the time of cancellation and is as follows: - from 3 months before the start of the rental period: 30% of the agreed rental amount, - from 6 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50% of the agreed rental amount, - from 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: 80% of the agreed rental amount, - from 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: 100% of the agreed rental amount. If the landlord is able to rent the holiday apartment to someone else in the event of cancellation or no-show, only compensation for damages in the amount of the difference to a lower re-rental price will be charged. The landlord reserves the right to charge the guest a processing fee of €25.00 including VAT in the event of cancellation or no-show. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
