Our cozy cottage is located only 10 minutes walk from the beautiful sandy beach. In the surrounding area there are many activities for 'young+old',swimming, canoeing, fishing, hang gliding surfing etc.
Through the dunes leads a great bike-hiking trail.
The house has a cozy kitchen-living room, with a stove fire. There are 3 bedrooms, small but nice and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet.
The beautiful terrace invites you to relax. Around the cottage is a meadow, so you can enjoy its tranquility.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in vacation region of North Holland, the bungalow is located in the bungalow park ' De Zandloper'.
To get to the beach you only have to walk 10 min through the dunes. Julianadorp has a large shopping center, there you can get everything your heart desires, there is also an Aldi and a city Den Helder invites you to a pleasant shopping trip (by car 10 min. away).
Each season has its own special in 'De Zandloper' during the summer months, the bathing joy attracts young and old to the beach (guarded beach, beach cafe available)
In addition, there are hiking and biking trails through the dunes, which can also be used for inline skating.
In autumn and winter the meter high waves of the North Sea impress every walker, just now the kite flying makes special fun.
In spring the beautiful fields with daffodils and tulips, which line the landscape like colorful carpets, attract you.
Or feel at home in our cozy bungalow and let your soul dangle.

Beach
Our house is located on the dunes . In 10 minutes you can walk to the beautiful sandy beach . In summer the North Sea invites you to swim, in the cooler seasons you can walk along the beach in the direction of Den Helder or in the direction of Callantsoog
Bicycle trips
For cycling enthusiasts there are many possibilities to make beautiful tours in North Holland. If you don't have your own bike, you can rent one in Julianadorp aan Zee on the van Foreestweg.
Golf
In the immediate vicinity of the "Zandlopers" is the 9-hole course Ooghduyne.

Small but fine
I had a great week in the small but nice bungalow with a dog. The location is very good, as is the garden. The bungalow is well-equipped and I can recommend it further.

Cozy typical Dutch house
We were there in the fall with our dog. The location is great, it's not far to the beach. It's a small house, with a cozy living kitchen. We would love to come back.

Very small
The accommodation was clean upon arrival, the location of the cottage is great, within walking distance to the nearby dune and the beach. The communication with the landlord was friendly and went well. We were there as a family with 2 children (teenagers). We do not consider the house suitable for 4 people. There is not enough space for clothes in the rooms, the beds are located in very small sleeping chambers, and the bathroom with toilet has no outside ventilation! All in all, it is functionally equipped.
The property is fenced, dogs can run freely. The terrace is cozy and there is a small shed with a hammock.
Price-performance ratio is okay.

Great holiday home
Very well equipped holiday house, close to the beach, very quiet location with ideal terrace, also suitable for children, hammock, small swing available on the tree. Shopping nearby very possible.
