Description
Welcome to our beautiful holiday flat ! We have just lovingly furnished and renovated it! With many small highlights such as electric shutters, insect screens on all windows, indirect lighting in the floor and much more. The flat is on the 1st floor with its own entrance above our workshop
Enter and you will reach the large, open dining and living area via a small hallway. On the left hand side you will find the high-quality, bright kitchen with granite worktop and a small granite table. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, etc.
The fridge is located in the adjacent pantry.
Directly next to the kitchen is the dining table with enough space for 5-6 people, which invites not only to eat but also to play and relax. Another possibility to relax are the two super comfortable couches with direct view to the 55 inch TV or the music system.
A small hallway leads to the double bedroom and a single bedroom. You also reach the dressing room with enough storage space for your personal belongings, as well as the bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower at ground level, washbasin and toilet
The double bedroom with access to the terrace has a 32ˋ inch LED TV and two seats.

Directly next to the entrance door is a separate WC.
Another highlight is the approx. 45 sqm terrace with a view over the roofs of Holzappel and the adjacent fields. On the terrace there is enough space for a bath in the sun (from approx. 12:00) or simply to switch off and enjoy the view. From the sitting area you can enjoy the sunset in the evening or use the time to barbecue (with gas grill).

Holzappel with its approx. 1200 inhabitants is a small residential and holiday village in the Esterau, on the Lahn holiday road B 417, located between Nassau and Diez in the Nassau Nature Park. Holzappel is a recognised tourist community not far from the Lahn with its numerous sports and hiking opportunities.

Always a pleasure!
Checked in with the Priese family for the second time. This time again a warm welcome. Cleanliness, equipment and service leave nothing to be desired
From my point of view, the price/performance ratio is clearly right. We will gladly come again
