Description
The whole property 1000 m² is located off the main road and has no through traffic as it is at the end of the private road. A playground in front of the house, barbecue with seats, deck chairs are available. The house has on the upper floor, 2 bedrooms of 16 m² each with double bed (4 pers.). Washing facilities in the room, a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the ground floor is a toilet and kitchen with corner bench, as well as a living area of 40 m².covered terrace room (this is not heated and therefore not habitable in the winter time)with exit to the garden.

We rent in Tristach 673m.a.s.l. at the edge of the Lienz Dolomites a cozy, quietly located holiday home for max. 4persons. The house is located in a detached house - residential area about 2 km from the center of Lienz. The whole property 1000 m² is situated off the main road and has no through traffic as it is at the end of a private road. A playing field in front of the house, barbecue with seats. Deck chairs are available. The municipality of Tristach lies 673 m above sea level at the foot of the Rauchkofel in the Lienz valley floor, about 2 km southeast of the district capital Lienz. Lake Tristach - the only bathing lake in East Tyrol - was already mentioned in Emperor Maximilian's hunting and fishing book. With its fantastic location below the impressive backdrop of the Lienz Dolomites, Tristach is an ideal recreational village for nature lovers and admirers of the mountains. Here you can relax, enjoy the view and go hiking, either leisurely on the valley floor, or from hut to hut high up in the mountains. Sporty mountaineers will find a large number of beautiful climbing tours in the sunlit limestone rock of the Lienz Dolomites.

Wonderful holiday home in East Tyrol
The house is located very quietly and is surrounded by a large garden. It is comfortably furnished, and nothing is missing in the kitchen. For us, the best part was the cozy winter garden, where I could enjoy the first cup of coffee in the morning. The organization/communication, including the very nice property manager, is optimal. Absolutely recommendable.

Nature holiday in Ostrirol
It was again a very nice holiday in the Schweizerhaus in Tristach.
The house is very quiet and beautifully situated in the countryside. The necessary shops are within easy reach and the centre of Lienz can be reached on foot in just under half an hour along the river Drau.
The house is very well maintained and invites you to stay. The equipment is also very good. Nothing is missing. We can only recommend the Schweizer Haus for a holiday!

Relaxing holiday week like at home
Beautiful house and very quiet location but still very central for hiking and bike tours. We wanted for nothing. You felt at home right from the start. Cosy furnishings with beautiful grounds and a large conservatory. The town of Lienz is only a few minutes away and invites you to shop and linger. We have certainly not stayed in this great Swiss house for the last time.

Holiday like at home
Great house with everything you need. Due to its location at the end of the street, there is no traffic. This allows the children to frolic in the garden without the danger of being run over. If the weather is not suitable, the living room is large enough for romping. Big plus: the fully equipped kitchen.
