The holiday apartment is located in a detached house and occupies the entire basement. The two rooms are south-facing (with a view of the Lienz Dolomites) and are divided as follows: one double room has a separate shower room, the second room (1 sleeping accommodation) has a separate kitchenette with a complete set of dishes. Toilet and shower of the single room are accessible via the hallway. The apartment has a very large south-facing terrace with a fantastic view over the valley and the Dolomites. The apartment is very suitable for two people who want to use the second room as a dining and living room or for a family with one child. On request, the apartment can be extended with a twin room (extra charge € 14 per person)

Holiday with a romantic view
The romantic holiday home was unique for us. For us, 2 adults and 1 grandchild, it was the perfect domicile ???
The wonderful surroundings could only be reached by car ? i.e.: (shopping possibilities or excursions) But of course we could also go hiking directly from the house ???
The view of the Dolomites from the terrace was unbelievably beautiful and unforgettable?
The flat was very clean and spacious. When the weather was nice, we could have a relaxed breakfast on the terrace. Pure nature ??? Simply beautiful ???
The landlady, Mrs. Irma Oberlaner, a very nice, loving, caring and sensitive woman, welcomed us warmly with coffee and cake. She was always there for us and pampered us wherever she could...?
We would like to thank her very much for this ❤️❤️❤️

SPIT!
We spent our holiday in Bannberg with Mrs Irma. Great experience where we fully recovered and relaxed. We (2 adults) and our children (3) will not forget this holiday early. The location is picturesque and the house gives an incredible view to the Lienz Dolomites. We had 2 bedrooms with 2 large bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room at our disposal. The exact space for our family
Mrs Irma is always there to help when needed. She spoiled us! Thanks again for everything :)

Beautiful holiday in a great location
The vacation apartment is located in a really beautiful location. Stepping out of the terrace door, you find yourself in paradise. Great view. The landlady is a gem, very caring, kind, and very accommodating. The kitchen equipment is top-notch. It would be nice to have a small radio to be able to listen to the news, especially the weather report, while having breakfast.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Schöne Lage, tolle Aussicht
free time activities: Wenn man mit dem Auto da ist, gute Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Ohne Auto gehts gar nicht.
shopping facilities: Im nahegelegenen Lienz gute Einkaufsmöglickeiten, in Bannberg direkt keine.

the best holiday apartment south of the Danube!
personal, but discreet care provided by the landlady, Mrs. Irma - with hiking tips, local knowledge, stories and history of the village and surroundings. wonderful location and orientation of the apartment: windows and terrace with unobstructed views of the mountain ranges of the Lienz Alps! easily accessible for those with a car. just under 2 hours drive to Venice (a day trip if necessary!). everything was fantastic!
recommend for: adventure and experience, holiday with children, holiday with pet, holiday for singles
Vicinity of the holiday home: altes, intaktes Bergdorf, Almen, rundum hohe Gebirgszüge (Hausberg: Hochstein, ca. 2100 m)
free time activities: wandern, MB-fahren, schwimmen, drachen fliegen
shopping facilities: wenige km zum benachbarten kreisstädtchen Lienz - läden mit allem denkbaren sortiment.
