Impressive, spacious and elegant, that is how the "Villa am Strand" can be described. The building is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful residential buildings in the city. In a prime beach location, you can spend your holiday in surroundings that are both close to the centre and close to nature.
With 100 m² of living space, the holiday flat offers enough room for 2 people. The flat extends over the entire top floor and offers the most beautiful view over Lake Schwerin to the horizon. From the hallway you can reach all rooms. The living room invites you to spend cosy hours with a large sofa and a dining area. From the living area you can access the small balcony. Enjoy the unobstructed view over the entire Schwerin Lake and to the island Kaninchenwerder. The bedroom offers an ideal resting area with its double bed and reading corner. You also have a wonderful view of the lake from here. If you wish, you can add a second bedroom with a single bed. You can prepare your favourite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a large shower. For your entertainment, a smart TV and Wi-Fi are available. You can park directly in front of the house. You can use a SUP (Stand Up Paddle) free of charge. 2 bicycles can be rented for a fee.

Great apartment
The apartment is furnished with a lot of love. Very clean and everything you need is there. A bit disadvantageous for older people who are not very mobile, as it is on the third floor. But it is worth it... view of Lake Schwerin...

Excellent and stylish accommodation
It was a spontaneous booking in a generously spacious accommodation that is excellently and tastefully furnished. It is lovingly detailed, very well maintained, and yet cozy and homely. Almost EVERYTHING has been thought of. Very relaxing and secluded, yet with very good access to the Schwerin city center.

Great, extraordinary holiday apartment in the heart of the city.
We felt very comfortable in this holiday apartment. The size and equipment of the apartment and the location right on Lake Schwerin are particularly noteworthy. The landlords are very friendly and accommodating, and are available for questions at any time. We spent a very nice and relaxing time there and would love to come back anytime.

Highly recommended apartment, almost perfect location.
The apartment is exceptionally large and beautifully equipped. The host family was very warm and hospitable, providing us with fresh flowers and a generous fruit basket as a welcome gift. The beautiful location on the Schwerin Lake was a pleasure for the senses in many ways: the magnificent view of the lake, a fresh breeze even on hot days, the gentle splashing of the waves on the wonderfully soft sandy beach - we found it all idyllic and very relaxing. Unfortunately, there was a disturbing factor here of all places. Every afternoon in good weather - we were there in June - groups of teenagers with very loud "boomboxes" came to the beach, and their beat-driven music, which they played with surprising disregard sometimes until late in the evening, also entered the apartment, which we often found disturbing. We hope that over time, the residents of the houses and apartments on the beach will be able to contain this extreme disturbance of the peace with the help of the city.
