The newly built Villa Grace is located in the Istrian village of Sveti Bartul, 4 km from Labin, and can accommodate 4 people.
In the enclosed garden there is a swimming pool (28 m2), sun loungers, parasol and a covered terrace.

The living room, kitchen and dining area merge seamlessly to create a cosy and inviting open space. The house has 2 romantic bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms and a utility room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances, making meal preparation a breeze.

The interior of the house is very practically furnished, fully air-conditioned and leaves nothing to be desired.

Whether you are relaxing in the living room, cooking in the kitchen or enjoying a meal in the dining area, this space is designed to make you feel at home and relaxed.

Oasis of well-being

We spent a week in the beautiful Villa Grace in July and are glad we booked it. The landlords are nice, helpful and also very cooperative and friendly in communication in advance. The house is exactly like in the pictures. Very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The pool, with approximately 10x4 meters, is an absolute highlight. Everything is easily accessible by car. Highly recommended and in a quiet location. We are still thrilled and absolutely recommend the provider and the house.
