Great accommodation & top location
First of all, the landlady is very nice and answered all our questions.
The rest of the week we had complete peace and could use the courtyard without being disturbed. The apartment was fine and comfortably furnished, we are not that demanding. It was clean, the kitchen had everything you need, and the beds are super comfortable. But we were mostly there to sleep and relax.
The beach is really only about a 5-minute leisurely walk away, and there are plenty of shopping and dining options (all within minutes of walking). However, everything in town is closed after 10 pm. So it's not for partygoers.
The dunes are also quickly accessible and you can enjoy good hours of hiking.
Now, what I was most afraid of - the parking problem, which actually isn't a problem. Good weather and weekends are a bit more difficult, but otherwise no problem at all. We always found something right away.
Whether here or elsewhere in Egmond, one thing is for sure, we will come back.

Optimal für Wanderurlaub
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von Dünen und die Stadt, so dass man direkt loslegen kann.
Die Wohnung ist klein aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind gut und sauber, die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer mit Vorsicht zu genießen aber wir haben noch engere bzw. steilere Treppen gehabt von daher ist ok. WLAN ist schnell. TV ist klein aber einige deutsche Sender stehen zur Verfügung.
Es ist preiswert, d.h. Dünenkarte, Parkausweis, Kurtaxe, Endreinigung und Wäsche bzw. Tücher im Preis enthalten. Parken ist nur auf der Straße möglich und Wochenenden in der Nähe von Wohnung kaum ein Parkplatz zu finden. Deshalb das Auto Wochenenden nicht bewegen!!!
Bei der Ausstattung habe ich 2 Punkte abgezogen, weil ein Waschbecken in der Wohnung fehlt , so dass wir uns in der Küchen-Becken rasiert und gewaschen haben, aber auch das hat super geklappt. Zweite Punkt ist, die ich erwähnen muss, ist, WC. Mann muss schräg sitzen sonst hat man den Kopf auf der Fliesen! Kleine Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen vorhanden, wenn es regnet müsste man schnellst dort verschwinden keine Überdachung. Kinderzimmer ist ein Durchgangzimmer und unter Schrägen.
Ins Gesamt Preis/Leistung, Lage und Sauberkeit sehr gut. Empfehlenswert für Kurz-Urlauber und auch für Familien mit max. 2 Klein-Kinder.
