Our 3-star apartment for 4 people is located on the south side of the village, just 50 meters from the dunes and 150 meters from the beach.
The summer cottage is situated behind our corner house and has its own recently renovated garden where you can relax. The apartment is accessible via its own front door and through the inner garden.
The apartment is spread over two floors. Ground floor
Through the entrance you enter a hall with a separate toilet and shower. The cozy living room of 22 m² features an open kitchen and an open staircase to the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition, there is a color TV, radio, CD and DVD player, and cable television.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and a coffee table. In the dining area there is a dining table with four chairs. First floor
Via the open staircase you reach the first floor. On the landing there are two single beds and a washbasin. In addition, there is a separate bedroom with a double bed.

There is plenty to experience for young and old. The former fishing village is known for its hospitable and friendly atmosphere. Take a walk along the boulevard, the lighthouse, the shops, and the cozy terraces, and enjoy a beautiful sunset over the sea. Explore the vast dunes with their sheltered sandy paths and discover the beautiful nature in the surroundings. Even in high season, peace and quiet are never far away. In every season you will find everything here for a wonderful weekend getaway or a relaxing holiday.
Egmond aan Zee is of course especially known for its freely accessible beach. The wide sandy beach is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands and, together with the village, forms a unique whole. Upon arrival, the beds will be made for you and a set of towels will be ready for each guest. The kitchen contains various basic necessities, such as dish soap, cleaning products, and garbage bags. If desired, you can use a parking space for €5 per night.

Welcome to Zomerhuis-Rita! We would like to introduce ourselves: We are Jan and Rita and live in Egmond aan Zee. Our interest has always been to do something with tourists and rent and the opportunity is here. And thus we prepare with much pleasure.
