Sehr schönes Haus
The house is situated absolutely quietly. Interior equipment wonderful, everything available. Our kettle broke. After a call to the caretaker, a new one was brought immediately. We had a lovely holiday week. Can only recommend the Baabe Beach House.

Strandhaus Baabe
After our arrival, the house made a decent overall impression from the outside. However, it may be necessary to provide a small canopy at the entrance so that less dirt is brought into the house in bad weather. The facilities were extensive, but cooking was only possible to a limited extent and with increased energy costs. The reason for this was missing and defective lids. The cleanliness in the house was generally good. Old cobwebs here and there in the ceiling area (e.g. in the bathroom) were a bit of a nuisance. We basically had no service. On the day of arrival, we tried to contact the property management on a mobile number that should always be reachable. Unfortunately, without success. There was also no callback. It's a shame really. The house is located in a closed complex in a very nice area. After just a few meters, you are either in the Baader Heide forest or at the beach. We do not find the value for money to be good. In a 5-star holiday home, electricity and water should be included in the price and thus included in the final price. Missing or faulty inventory should not occur.

free time activities: Bei schönem Wetter geht man immer gerne zum Strand oder mach lange Spaziergänge. Und bei schlechten Wetter nimmt man sich lieber was zu lesen mit.
shopping facilities: Es gibt nicht weit von Feriengelände gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Für die Brötchen am frühen Morgen sorgt ein kleiner Back Shop innerhalb der Anlage.

Wir haben die Hinweise natürlich aufgenommen, der fehlende Topfdeckel wurde ersetzt, das Topfset um 3 weitere Töpfe mit Deckel erweitert. Die Spinnweben, die sich im Dünenwald direkt am Ostseestrand leider nicht vermeiden lassen, wurden entfernt. Der Hausverwalter ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar, nur ist auf Rügen die Netzabdeckung nicht überall vollständig, so daß man es manchmal mehrfach versuchen muss.
Da das Haus Sauna und Whirlpool als erngieintensive Ausstattung hat, haben wir bewusst Strom und Wasser nicht im Mietpreis einberechnet, um die Gäste, die die Sauna nicht nutzen wollen nicht zu benachteiligen.
Zusätzlich haben wir ein Treppenkinderschutz im Obergeschoss angebracht.
