Holiday dream house with direct beach proximity

We have been here for the 2nd time and will come again. Very nice house, furnishings very good, very clean. Very courteous care.
A small suggestion if possible. Extend the self-built couch around the corner and you could watch TV even more comfortably with several people. But that doesn't change the rating. Can only be recommended. The proximity to the beach and dog beach is perfect. These houses have been furnished with a lot of love, one can only hope that the inventory will be treated the same way by the holidaymakers.

Great holiday homes right on the beach

We had rented house number 31 for October with 3 adults, 1 child, and 1 dog for the family Scheibner. The houses are in a great location right on the beach. The bakery in this holiday park opens at 7 am and bakes fantastic things. We were very satisfied with the holiday home, although a few small things were missing or bothered us. The house is very clean and well-maintained with great beds and a well-equipped kitchen. With a great fireplace and a cozy little dry sauna. The on-site guest service is perfect. What bothered us was that the shower only had a curtain instead of a door, the floor in front of the shower in the bathroom was very wet, making it very slippery. Unfortunately, there is no full-length mirror anywhere in the house, so you could see what you look like.

Vacation with friends

From the first minute, we were thrilled, starting with the booking process. We felt well taken care of; no question was too much... The welcome at "our" cottage was so warm that we immediately felt comfortable. The house is located in a pine forest, completely quiet, at times we had to reassure ourselves that we were not actually in Sweden. Just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach. We could hear the sound of the sea inside the house. Wonderful! The next two places are also wonderfully reachable on foot! Super cozy, tasteful, and absolutely clean. Great mattresses! The house is top equipped. Even the grill is available as a matter of course. Only a few minutes' walk from the house, there are very good restaurants of all tastes. There should really be something for every taste here.

Absolutely recommendable! A very cozy little holiday home with very comfortable and tasteful furnishings, everything is thought of to enhance the holiday. The equipment with a small sauna, WiFi, lock system (without annoying keys), washing machine, grill, etc. is really a highlight. Incredibly short distance to the impeccable sandy beach! All shopping and leisure facilities within walking distance. Baabe is a beautiful Baltic Sea resort, Göhren, Sellin, and Close to Binz, great excursion possibilities even in bad weather. Daily entertainment for spa guests in the town included. This holiday week was really nice and we will gladly come back.

Holiday to enjoy

We have already been to this holiday home for the second time and are already planning for the coming years. The holiday home has its very special charm and leaves hardly any wishes unfulfilled (fireplace, sauna, underfloor heating, etc. all great!!). The location is also unbeatable, just a few meters to the fine sandy, long Baltic Sea beach. It is also recommended for dog lovers (dog beach only about 50m away). Shopping opportunities are plentiful, as well as cafes and restaurants. A very special attraction is, of course, the "Rasender Roland" (Racing Roland). Bicycles can be rented in all shapes and qualities. The care provided by the caretakers, Mrs. Klein and Mr. Mitte, sets an example for a successful holiday, both very accommodating and very nice, keep it up! We can only recommend the holiday homes and thank the Scheibner family very much for what they have created.

Great house in a prime beach location.

We felt very comfortable in the great holiday home. The house is very quiet in the settlement and only 100 m from the beach. It is very cozy and practical. We were there with 4 adults and two children. The space was completely adequate. Some more dishes could be available. Particularly commendable was the nice on-site support. The price was fair for the Pentecost week.

A wonderful, well-equipped holiday home that convinces both with its location near the beach and its proximity to the town of Baabe. Everything is just right here!

We were there at the end of May with 2 children and grandfather and were completely happy from the first moment! The house, ambiance, proximity to the beach, and tranquility - everything is just perfect here! From booking to key handover, everything went smoothly, the weather also played along in our case and spoiled us with plenty of sunshine. The kiosk in the complex, as well as numerous offers that are easily reachable on foot, playground in close proximity - highly recommended with small children! Our conclusion: We would love to visit such a lovingly cared for house again!

Relaxing family vacation with 2 children

We had very relaxing days with our 2 children (5 and nearly 2 years old) in house no. 11. The house was very clean. However, the beds, due to simple bed constructions and older mattresses, felt like hammocks. The sauna is a sitting sauna and unsuitable for taller people. House no. 11 is located in [geographical name]. Entrance area to the elongated holiday home settlement, which was advantageous for us, as the children's playground was therefore in close proximity. From the house, however, one could not directly reach the beach over the dune (as is possible in the rest of the settlement area) because the front area of the settlement is delimited by a fence to the adjacent building material storage? The municipality? ). Excavator noise can also be heard during the day, which did not bother us. On the upper floor of the house, there are 3 bedrooms with small closets. The bathroom with toilet on the upper floor was somewhat unusual, as the door cannot fully open due to the toilet bowl. Nevertheless, not everything has to be super perfect all the time. The communication with the landlords was really nice.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Bebauung ist zwar recht eng, aber wir fühlten uns nicht gestört von den Nachbarn, die Kinder haben es genossen die Umgebung vom Fenster aus zu beobachten. Strandnähe war super und die Außenanlage (Küstenwald) sehr gepflegt.

free time activities: Man gelangt auch mit kleinen Kindern gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder auch zu Fuß zu schönen Ausflugszielen auf der Insel Rügen. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung: Strand/Meer; Wald; Spielplatz; Rasender Roland; Schwimmbad Tagesausflüge z.B. Schloss Granitz; Seebäder (Sellin,Göhren,Binz); Sassnitz; Prorar uvm.

shopping facilities: Man bekommt alles, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt in der näheren Umgebung. Kaminholz holten wir in Binz (kann man sich ja einmalig für die Zeit eindecken)

We really liked it. The location is great - 5 min. to the beach. The house is very clean and very well furnished. Thanks to the cold weather, we could also make good use of the fireplace and sauna.

A house to feel comfortable

The house is very well equipped. We traveled as a family of four and felt very well taken care of. The bedrooms could be a bit larger, but for one week it was okay.

The house, the rooms, and the terrace are clean, tidy, and spacious!
Everything you need is available. All kitchen appliances, grill, washing machine, drying rack, crib, sauna, shower, etc.!
Everything is like new and well-maintained!
Arrival/departure was smooth and quick!
You can already hear the sea from the house and it's a quick walk, just a few steps away!
The town center is also very close by, offering restaurants and shopping opportunities with everything you want and need. You can also reach many excursion destinations from here! All in all, a great, relaxed holiday even with two small children! We will definitely come back!

Hello dear ones, my family and I had one of the most beautiful holidays in this holiday home in a long time. The houses are in top condition, the furnishings leave little to be desired. The beach house was great and really right on the beach. Everything was tip-top. However, comfortable seating for the family to watch TV was difficult due to the arrangement of the furniture, but the beach chair on the terrace was an excellent idea.

Beach houses Scheibner are a great option. Well-maintained, all utilities included, excellent on-site service (fast and very friendly). The location is a dream - it's hard to find a better place to stay on Rügen! Only suggestion for improvement: some deck chairs for the terrace would be great.

Pure Erholung

The location of the holiday home is ideal, about 80m until you feel the sand under your feet. The furnishings are very modern, thoughtful (insect screens on the windows), an extra room to store luggage, etc. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired, everything is available! This property is highly recommended, not only for the summer season.

Cozy holiday home right by the beach

Ideally cut holiday home with a top-equipped open kitchen. The open kitchen includes a large cozy dining table and merges directly into the living area with a large seating/lounging area.

The houses are located near the sea (200m and dog beach) and near the forest. They are therefore very suitable for a holiday with dogs. After a long walk by the sea, you can relax in the sauna or in front of the fireplace. Firewood can be purchased there, but in winter there is a supply in the storage room.

The only thing I needed to get used to was the relatively soft bed. I should mention that I usually prefer a very hard bed. ;-)

All in all, the beach houses are very cozy and recommendable. I will definitely spend my vacation there again in the coming years.

Great house. Very high-quality equipment. Underfloor heating, even in the bathroom. Great kitchen appliances, fireplace, sauna, everything very clean and in very good condition. Very nice location in a small pine forest and really only 50m to the beach. In summer, the houses may be a bit close together. In winter, of course, wonderfully quiet. It was simply awesome! The house was perfect!

Super beautiful beach house in a prime location

This year, we were on vacation in Rügen for the second time. Both times, we (family with three children and a dog) chose the beach house 21a run by the Scheibner family. The house has a perfect location (just a few meters to the dog beach) and is equipped with all comforts. The Scheibner family has decorated everything very lovingly, so we lacked nothing. From Baabe, there are a variety of excursions and shopping opportunities, as well as restaurants in close proximity. All in all, it was once again a much too short vacation on a super beautiful island, and if we go back to Rügen, we will definitely book with Scheibners again.

that was a great holiday in an incredibly amazing house. . . which seems rather small with 68 sqm in the description. . . . our living room in our own house already has 69 sqm. . . . but we were amazed at how much space this beautiful house offers for 3 adults and 3 children aged between 10 and 13 years old! ! everything very nice. . . and exactly as described. . . highly recommended for families with children. . . Everything is nearby and the beach is right behind the dune (not even 50 meters, rather less) . . . Vacation with a dog is highly recommended! The shower and toilet were super clean . . . no mold or dirt. There was a small problem. . . we fixed it ourselves and hid some money for the cleaner under the beds so she might check occasionally if there is any again ;-) Thanks to the friendly hosts for the warm welcome!

The holiday homes are located in close proximity to Baaber Strand, directly behind the beach promenade. The rented house 28F is slightly set back and elevated, which we liked. When arriving with two cars (6 person house), it should be noted that there is only one parking space per house. However, outside of the main holiday season, not all houses are occupied and a solution can be found on site.

Erster Urlaub mit Baby -

a complete success! Beach, playground, shops, bakery etc. all within walking distance. Very well-equipped holiday home, lots of space in the living/dining area, great for a crawling baby (ideal with underfloor heating), large bathroom, slightly small sauna (still very good for relaxing), the TV invited us to watch football :-), WiFi is still expandable (but when it works, it's good).

A small suggestion maybe regarding babies: a microwave or bottle warmer would be great ;-)

26 friends are very happy to come back again!

We had rented a total of 5 of the holiday homes as a group of 17 adults, 9 children, and 2 dogs. The lovingly furnished houses in Scandinavian style left nothing to be desired, and the location in the light pine forest was ideal for the children to play. The Scheibner family provided wonderful support even before the booking. The connection to public transportation is very good, and with the rented bicycles, we were able to have a varied holiday despite the lack of good weather for swimming. We felt very comfortable and will gladly come back.

Ein echter Tipp

These holiday homes are a real gem!

We had a few wonderful days in the holiday home and were already well informed by the pictures.

The price in the off-season is simply unbeatable. The equipment with underfloor heating, sauna, and nice furniture is really successful. Also, the location is really very good, right behind the dunes!

What was less good is the lack of Wi-Fi reception. Unfortunately, this could not be established at all. The dirty/moldy shower curtain was also a bit unpleasant. The mattresses are not really recommended for people with back problems (very soft).

Despite these limitations, which are surely fixable, the holiday homes are highly recommended!

Great house, but not thoroughly cleaned.

The house is beautiful and in a great location. However, for the price, I would have expected a dishcloth, toilet paper, and a drying towel to be provided. The cleanliness also left much to be desired. In the bathroom, there were still hairs from the previous occupant in the sink. The table on the terrace was not wiped down, there were breakfast crumbs and butter on the table, and the terrace was not swept.

Best holiday home in Baabe beach park

We have been to the holiday park in Baabe as a family several times, but this was the first time at the Scheibner family's house. The house is very lovingly furnished, and the on-site support is very good. An extra plus is the small utility room, where there is a washing machine and where we could also store our bikes. Furthermore, the cleanliness is worth mentioning.

Cozy and practical holiday home for 6 people

Cozy holiday home in an optimal location near the beach. Very practically furnished. However, it is also located by the access road and next to the - clean and enclosed - waste collection point. Overall highly recommended and worth a trip again and again.

Superschönes Ferienhaus

Holiday home was superbly located and very beautiful, equipped with all comforts. Ferienhäuser Scheibner can be highly recommended. We have been there twice already and will go again.
