for private use: - only 900 metres away from the beautiful bathing bay Puerto Blanco in Calpe, the holiday home is situated in the quiet villa area Canuta on a private property with its own pool. It is also only about 1.5 km to the old town of Calpe. So you can do without your car and spend a holiday away from the hustle and bustle. Playa Puerto Blanco in Calpe is an idyllic sand and rocky beach, which is bordered by a dam in its southernmost corner. It is about 100 metres long and about 10 metres wide. Depending on the season, there is also a beach bar and a restaurant.
In this beautiful residential area is our detached holiday home Canuta for sole use, with conservatory, panoramic terraces and private pool. The house is situated in a quiet villa area and offers a beautiful sea and panoramic view.
The terraced plot is enclosed and has plenty of space with a size of sqm. It offers different impressions and views with its various terraces and seating areas. As the terraces are accessible via steps, the house is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. There is a covered parking space for your car.
The private pool measures 5 x 10 metres and is equipped with a Roman staircase for easy entry and exit. An outdoor shower provides a short cooling down in between. From the spacious sun terrace, which is equipped with eight sun loungers and garden furniture, you have a fantastic view of the nearby sea. Here you can relax and unwind from everyday life. For cosy barbecue evenings, there is also a charcoal outdoor barbecue ready for you, so that you will certainly use the terrace and pool area at any time of the day and can enjoy the outdoor life to the fullest.
The living area is located on the upper panoramic floor. Including the covered terrace, it has a living area of approx. 120 sqm, which is divided as follows: A living-dining room with satellite TV, safe, kitchen in U-shape with cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and enough dishes for , a spacious panoramic terrace which is partly covered, so you can still sit outside if it rains. Two bedrooms (double bed with single mattresses and two single beds), equipped with mosquito nets, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate guest toilet. There is also an impressive view from the house as well as from the terrace.
Pets are not allowed without exception.

If you depart early or fail to arrive without prior notice, there is no entitlement to a refund. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. With your booking documents, you will receive a link to travel insurance that we can recommend.
