• A modern living room with enough seating, flat screen satellite TV (102 cm) and DVD-CD player. Cozy dining area with corner sofa and a table with chairs. From the living room you look good on the fields.
• 2 bedrooms, a room with a 2-bed and a family room with bunk beds and a 2-bed.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven and microwave.
• A bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, mirror and hair dryer.
• A separate toilet.
• A separate room for your ski boots and an outdoor enclosed storage for skis.
• Parking at the park (about 50 meters from the cottage).
• The home is a covered terrace, followed by a lawn. On the terrace is an complete garden furniture and also there is an electric barbeque. From the terrace you have the whole day wonderful views of the surrounding area.
• The Park is car free.
• The Apartment is also ideal for a family with young children. A little playground is also at the park.

Location
Beautiful detached house in a quiet small park. This park is located km away from the pleasant town of Willingen (5 minutes by car) and some nice restaurants within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity of the house (100 meters) is the beginners ski slope with ski school and about 500 meters away you will find a very nice ski descent of about 800 meters long. Also there are a lot off cross- country skiing In the village Usseln are many restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bakeries and a outdoor pool with a waterslide. Willingen is a place where you can eat, shop and where is a large tropical swimming pool with slides and saunas, indoor ice rink, lake, summer - toboggan, several ski slopes, amusement park and zoo. Walking trails are also plentiful, including directly from the house. In Usseln and Willingen Sauerland are plenty opportunities for an active holiday.

We would like to introduce ourselves. We are Miranda and Twan van der Burgt and we are from Lieshout in Holland, we have two children Lisa and Tim. Because we like travelling and skiing we have been renting holiday homes in Europe for years. We have noticed that there is a lot of difference in the construction. We love to make sure that everything looks good and therefore decided to buy a holiday home ourselves.
