On the living level there is a hallway and guest WC, as well as a storage room with washing machine (ironing board and iron as well ).
The elegantly designed living room with comfortable seating set, TV flat screen, Blu-Ray player, stereo system invites to a cosy get-together.
On cooler days, a circulating air fireplace provides pleasant additional warmth.
In the open kitchen, a spacious dining area with comfortably upholstered chairs and a handmade solid wood table awaits you.
The modern kitchen, equipped with brand-name appliances: dishwasher, integrated microwave, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto appliance, toaster, kettle, etc., leaves nothing to be desired. The special highlight is the side-by-side refrigerator with water outlet and integrated icemaker.
Enjoy breakfast outdoors and take a seat at the large table on the permanently covered terrace.
Due to the location on the slope, all 3 bedrooms are on different levels and thus offer the highest possible privacy. Each of the bedrooms has a magnificent view of the sea, the White Mountains and the Akrotiri peninsula through generous panoramic windows. The furnishings with high-quality mattresses and hand-forged, country-style beds guarantee a high level of sleeping comfort. Two of the beds are 180 cm x 200 cm, and for people who need a little more space, one of the bedrooms has a 200 cm x 210 cm bed.
The adjoining en suite bathrooms are spacious and bright, equipped with illuminated vanity mirror, hairdryer.

Nestled on a natural slope, above the village of Prines, is Villa Mila, built of natural stone.
The property covers approx. sqm and is completely fenced in. Our guests have a living space of approx. 280 sqm at their disposal. The outdoor areas have been generously designed and adapted to the surroundings.

Key handover, a competent contact person for all questions etc. is on site. We are always available by phone. A detailed description of good tavernas, excursion destinations, doctors etc. is available in the villa. Please also have a look at the guestbook, where you will find many guestbook entries We will be happy to call you back! We are happy to help you with the booking of a rental car. The car will be handed over to you at the airport. You will be expected at the airport, there is no need to queue and wait anywhere. We take care of everything for you in advance. You can then leave the car at the airport. Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax. This is staggered by category and season: The fee from March 1st - October 31st is €15.00/night per villa and from November 1st - February 29th it is €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests. The amount can be transferred to us before arrival, or with Visa or Master card. |
