Description
The island flat has 92 m², two bedrooms each with a double bed and a loft bed, as well as another loft bed in the hallway. The fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room has a cooker with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and satellite TV with DVD player. The spacious, bright rooms have a height of 3.70 m. The bedrooms face south with a view of the old, large lime trees and the adjacent fields. The flat has a bathroom as well as a second separate toilet, so the flat is also well suited for friends or larger families
In the high season July and August we only rent out whole weeks from Sunday to Sunday, in the low season the arrival days can be chosen as desired.The Meerzauber de-Haus holiday flats in the manor house is located between Altenkirchen and the beach at Tromper Wiek, 1.3 km to the sandy beach, 6 km to the lighthouse on Cape Arkona. Chalk cliffs and kilometres of sandy beaches are easily reached by bicycle or on foot. There are a total of 9 holiday flats for 2-10 people in the house, and another bungalow for 4 people in the garden. Altogether in all flats together we can accommodate 38 people. For guests who need another room, we also have the Kajüte, a mini-apartment for max. two people with a kitchenette and its own bathroom.
The house has a large garden of 3000m² with old lime trees, bordering on large fields. In the garden there are garden tables and chairs for everyone, hammocks can be stretched between the trees, all kinds of things can be baked in the wood-burning oven and a fireplace can also be used.
Dogs are welcome
The house is situated between Altenkirchen and the beach and is very suitable for families with children.
We also rent out a limited number of bicycles to our guests. These are the ideal means of transport on the island.

Location and surroundings of object
The manor house is situated between Altenkrichen and the beach, about 1.3 km from the water. There are two farms in the neighbourhood that grow crops, another family and a children's holiday camp in the summer. At the beach, turn left towards the steep coast and right to the Schaabe, the longest sandy beach on Rügen (8 km)

The manor house, which is over 200 years old, is generously proportioned. The large rooms on the ground floor have a ceiling height of 3.6 m and convey the old spaciousness of the estate.

We have had the house since 2006, and since 2021 all the holiday flats have been completely renovated. An old manor house between Altenkirche and the sea, 1.3 km from the beach in a unique location on the edge of the field, which has retained its character through the loving and careful renovation.
