Arrive and feel at home - that's what you can do in this holiday home. The furnishings are modern and lovingly decorated. On 90 m² there is enough space for up to 6 adults + toddler for a relaxing holiday.
On the ground floor you will find the spacious shower room, the fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden and a bedroom. A staircase leads to the living area with a fantastic view of Lake Schwerin. The wood-burning stove invites you to spend some cosy hours. The 2nd bedroom and the 2nd bathroom are located on the upper floor. Digital entertainment is provided by 2 satellite TVs and free Wi-Fi.
There is a covered south-facing terrace in front of the house. From the terrace you have an unobstructed view over the sheep paddock to the lake. The view into the distance invites you to dream. The approx. 350 m² property is fenced in. A trampoline, climbing tower, swing and sandpit are available for the little guests. You can park your bicycles safely and dryly at the house. You can park your car directly at the house.

The place
Hohen Viecheln is a small, dreamy fishing village at the northern tip of Lake Schwerin. The guests who come here feel very much at home. In the village, you can reach a restaurant, the fisherman with fish sales, snack bar and boat rental, the lakeside outdoor swimming pool with large sunbathing lawn and beach volleyball court, a playground and a bus stop in just a few minutes. Well-developed cycling and hiking trails around Lake Schwerin and to the Baltic Sea lead directly through the village.
Surroundings, leisure and excursion destinations
Due to the central location between the state capital Schwerin and the Hanseatic city of Wismar, you have short distances to countless leisure activities and sights. The Baltic Sea is also only 20 minutes away by car. Popular destinations include the Wonnemar leisure and adventure pool, the Mumpitz indoor playground, the island of Poel, the old town and harbour of Wismar, Schwerin Castle and the Schlosspark Center shopping centre in Schwerin.

Well-maintained house in the meadow property
Nice landlord, beautiful, well-furnished house, short distances by bike or car, nice surroundings. A speed limit for the road that runs past the house should be enforced in the municipal council and also strictly monitored. Otherwise, a feel-good place.
