This 75m² holiday flat was completely renovated and refurnished for you in 2022
You can now look forward to a very tastefully furnished, family-friendly holiday flat in a quiet location close to the beach:

The chic living room is equipped with flat-screen TV, DVD player and radio with CD player.
In front of the living room is a large veranda with dining area and wardrobe.
WLAN is available free of charge.

In front of the veranda is a comfortably furnished terrace, which faces south and can be shaded by an awning.

The separate kitchen with dining area offers everything you would need at home: dishwasher, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery etc

The larger bedroom has a double bed (180x200), TV and wardrobe. There is enough space here for a cot if required.
The smaller bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200) and also has a TV. The wardrobe is in the hallway in front of the bedroom.
Both bedrooms have blackout curtains.

A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge if required.

The chic bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin, towel dryer, hairdryer and a window.

The holiday flat is located on the ground floor.

The property has a large garden. It is allowed to barbecue. A mobile barbecue is available

A small children's playground with a playhouse, slide, swing and football goal is located at the back of the garden
Bicycle storage and a parking space are available free of charge.

The "Inselglück" holiday flat is in a quiet location on a large garden plot. The newly designed lakeside promenade of the Schmachter See with its various adventure stations is only a few steps away. You can walk along the promenade to the centre of the village in about 5 minutes and to the beach in about 10 minutes. A bakery is 3 minutes away.
In the centre of the village you will find shopping facilities, a breakfast bakery and many restaurants and bars.

Linen packages (bed linen + 2 towels p.p.) can be added for 25€ if required.
May-Oct: Booking only from weekend to weekend. Other dates are possible on request.
