Villa Milena is located in a small village in eastern Istria "Kršan", not far from "Labin".

The property covers an area of 800 m2 and includes a house, a private pool, and a summer kitchen.

The house consists of the ground floor, 1st floor, and loft.
The ground floor has one bedroom with en suite bathroom, living room, kitchen, and dining table with 6 seats.
On the first floor, there is one bedroom, bathroom, another living room, kitchen, and a dining table with 6 seats.
The third floor in the loft features two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Villa Milena includes 6 air conditioners. The first floor and loft are fully air-conditioned.

The offer includes two private parking spaces + 3 parking spaces next to the house.

Guests can use free Wi-Fi and 4 TVs with satellite programs.

At a distance of 24 km from the house is the famous Učka Nature Park.
