The surroundings are very quiet.
The nearest shop is less then 1 km from the house, restaurants are only 6 km from Polje Čepić and the nearest supermarket is 11 km from the house.
The beaches are just minutes away by car, there are three supermarkets within 10 minutes, and the area is filled with great restaurants serving Istrian and seafood.
Villa Mario is a good starting point for visiting beautiful beaches, driving around Istria, visiting wine routes, olive groves and medieval towns.
The city of Labin, which is 15 km from the house, is based on the site of a Roman city on the east coast of Istria. The distance from the sea is 3 km and from the tourist center of Rabac 5 km. On the hill is the old town with cobblestone streets, old buildings and beautiful churches. Rich in cultural heritage, Renaissance and Baroque palaces. The museum preserves the cultural heritage of eastern Istria. The old town is filled with countless galleries and studios of local artists who keep the heritage of their ancestors.

Beautiful well-maintained house...TOP
We were five people and a dog in Villa Mario for a week.
Such a dear landlord, very warm-hearted... everything top...
When we arrived, there was a cold cuts and cheese platter, bread, and beer in the fridge as a welcome.
The neighbors are also so nice and brought us grapes.
Everything we needed was there... very beautiful villa...
When the vacation was over, Mario came to say goodbye to us and gave us a small gift.
Lots of love to your family, dear Mario.

Fantastic
Holiday Happiness in Nowhere
The older ones surely still know the hit song from the twenties of the last century: "A little house at the end of the world, put up by luck.... "
This is how it feels when you arrive at the sunny yellow Villa Mario in Cepic Polje in Krsan County. The small village is very quietly situated just over 10 kilometres from Labin, close to the Kvarner Bay
The blue of the pool water combines with the sunny yellow of the walls of the house to create a cheerful play of colours. The property is clean and well-maintained with various playground equipment and the large, heated saltwater pool. The building next to the main house is not a garage. Here you will find a large covered terrace with a fantastic outdoor kitchen. Refrigerator/freezer, sink, cooker, a grill plate (plancha), cutlery, crockery and even a toilet are available here. The dream of every hobby cook
But that's not all: the modern kitchen in the main house is also more than complete. Kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, spices to cling film, it really has everything. The "rest" of the house, living/dining room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a utility room are not only modernly furnished, but also spotlessly clean. Good WiFi and a large flat-screen TV are a matter of course, as is the fact that the rooms are air-conditioned. A house where you feel at home from the first moment

SUPER beautiful house
The house as well as the host definitely deserve their 5 stars. I have never had such a well-equipped vacation home like here. Everything you need is indeed available in the house, from salt, honey, tea, spices to a beautiful covered "grilling area". Even for the children, everything is best taken care of here (volleyball court, trampoline, soccer goals, playground). When we arrived, wine, beer, and a delicious ham platter were ready for us. The landlord was immediately available for any questions and was always reachable for every wish. The house has a great large pool for exclusive use. But the neighbors here are also very friendly and absolutely helpful. I can only recommend the house as well as the host to everyone. Everything is as shown in the pictures and also in impeccable condition.

Beautiful Villa Mario
We felt comfortable here from the first second and were warmly welcomed.
When we arrived, the fridge was filled with a cheese/ham platter, beer, and wine.
The whole house and the outdoor area are absolutely clean and look exactly as shown in the pictures.
Everything you need is available, clean, and can be used without hesitation... bed linen, towels, all hygiene products, cleaning supplies, fully equipped kitchen... even the groceries (oils, spices, pasta, sauces) could be used without hesitation (unfortunately, we have experienced it differently before).
The landlords were very friendly and even brought fresh groceries from time to time (while maintaining the necessary distances).
Location:
The property is a bit off the beaten path, but you can enjoy the peace and quiet here!
A car is absolutely necessary here (Rabac harbor approx. 25 minutes, beautiful beaches at least 35 minutes, nearest supermarket approx. 15 minutes).
Only a small "Tante Ema shop" can be reached on foot.
For dog owners: the property is not completely fenced.
We can highly recommend Villa Mario to everyone!!!
We had a wonderful vacation and felt completely comfortable!
We will gladly come back.

Ein weiterer Urlaub in der Villa Mario
Wir waren ein weiters mal in der Villa Mario. (6 Personen) Trotz der anhaltenden Coronakrise haben wir beschlossen den Urlaub in das schöne Istrien anzutreten und wir bereuen die Entscheidung nicht. Wie immer war unser Vermieter sehr zuvorkommen und hatte auf alle Fragen eine Antwort parat. Wir verbrachten den größteil unseres Urlaubs rund um das Haus (die neue Außenküche ist perfekt für das gemeinschaftliche Abendessen) und natürlich im wunderschönen Pool. Beim einkaufen sowie Essen gehen waren alle mit Maske unterwegs und sehr bemüht auch bestmöglich den Sicherheitsabstand einzuhalten. Auf eine kleine Autotour auf die Insel Cres haben wir dann doch nicht verzichten können und so noch unsere Abendteuerlust gestillt.Durch ein wenig stöbern im Internet kann man auch in der Umgebung noch kleine Highligts fernab der Touristenattraktionen entdecken. Alles in allem ein toller, angenehmer und vorallem gesunder Urlaub!
