Villa Mario is by far the best holiday home we have ever had. The amenities are perfect, we lacked nothing. The location is very quiet, at night you can hear the nightingale singing. The cleanliness in the house, surroundings, and in the pool is perfect. Everything worked. It's like moving into a completely new house as the first tenant. However, you have to drive several kilometers for shops, restaurants, sights, etc. You are in the countryside. The holiday home is ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. There are also plenty of play equipment available.

We were five people and a dog in Villa Mario for a week.

When we arrived, there was a cold cuts and cheese platter, bread, and beer in the fridge as a welcome.

The neighbors are also so nice and brought us grapes.

Everything we needed was there... very beautiful villa...

When the vacation was over, Mario came to say goodbye to us and gave us a small gift.

This is how it feels when you arrive at the sunny yellow Villa Mario in Cepic Polje in Krsan County. The small village is very quietly situated just over 10 kilometres from Labin, close to the Kvarner Bay
The blue of the pool water combines with the sunny yellow of the walls of the house to create a cheerful play of colours. The property is clean and well-maintained with various playground equipment and the large, heated saltwater pool. The building next to the main house is not a garage. Here you will find a large covered terrace with a fantastic outdoor kitchen. Refrigerator/freezer, sink, cooker, a grill plate (plancha), cutlery, crockery and even a toilet are available here. The dream of every hobby cook




But that's not all: the modern kitchen in the main house is also more than complete. Kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, spices to cling film, it really has everything. The "rest" of the house, living/dining room, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a utility room are not only modernly furnished, but also spotlessly clean. Good WiFi and a large flat-screen TV are a matter of course, as is the fact that the rooms are air-conditioned. A house where you feel at home from the first moment
