This semi-detached house has been carefully renovated to preserve the original stone details that maintain the character and charm of the old construction style while offering everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Villa Katarina is equipped with everything to ensure a truly carefree vacation. The house features a private, fully enclosed garden with a large pool, surrounded by a spacious sun terrace. On the terrace, sun loungers invite you to enjoy the warm rays of the sun while you relax by the pool and enjoy the view of the well-maintained green area. A shaded terrace with a large table for six people—ideal for family meals outdoors—is also available. Next to the house, there is a lawn with a playground, swings, and various toys, making the property family-friendly. The outdoor kitchen with a grill allows for cooking delicious meals outdoors, where you can enjoy local specialties al fresco.
The interior of the villa is spread over two floors and encompasses a total of 57 m². On the ground floor, an open space awaits you, connecting a modernly equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as an electric stove, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine, and allows for meal preparation in the comfort of the home. The dining area seats six people and creates a cozy atmosphere for shared meals. The bright living room with a spacious sofa set is ideal for relaxation and can also be converted into an additional bed for two people. The ground floor is complemented by a small bathroom with a toilet and sink.
On the first floor, there are two well-equipped bedrooms with beds sized 160 x 200 cm, providing comfortable sleep. The bathroom on this floor is modern with a shower, sink, and toilet, and a hairdryer is also available. The entire house is air-conditioned to ensure comfort even on the hottest summer days. Additionally, free Wi-Fi is available.
Villa Katarina is situated on a 900 m² property, with a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants that create a peaceful atmosphere and the perfect environment for a relaxed summer vacation. The 32 sqm pool is ideal for cooling off on hot days, with a sun terrace with loungers right next to it.

Nice house with potential for improvement.
In itself a nice little house. The external facilities such as the pool and garden are great. However, the cushions for the wooden loungers are so thin that you don't really lie comfortably on them.
What really bothered us was the seating area under the fabric covers. On the one hand, the wooden benches are so uncomfortable, and since we unfortunately didn't have great weather (lots of rain), we couldn't sit outside because everything was soaking wet. This issue needs to be addressed urgently.
Regarding the location: you can easily reach everywhere by car, a large Plodine store is 4 km away, and there is a small shop around the corner.
However, the church bells start ringing at 6 a.m. so the day begins early :-(

A house with soul
We stayed here as a family with a toddler. It's a pretty little house with its own pool and fenced property, situated in a quiet location. We felt very comfortable. The sea can be reached by car in 5 minutes. In our opinion, the house is suitable for 4 people. There is a sofa bed in the living room, but since the kitchen is integrated into the room, sleeping is soon disturbed. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is 1 large and 1 small towel per person, which is a bit little. We simply bought some more on site, but it might be nicer to have more supply in the house. For those traveling with a toddler, you should bring a travel cot. All in all, it was a nice vacation. Thank you very much.
