Villa Katarina is a traditional stone house with private pool, over 100 years old, renovated with an exceptional sense of tradition. If you are interested in a vacation in a newly furnished and renovated stone semi-detached house, equipped with all n appliances for a comfortable stay, then this is perfect for you. Vacation house Villa Katarina is located in a small and relaxing village Rasopasno on the island of Krk.
The unique features of the vacation home are a fully fenced garden with a large swimming pool, a terrace for relaxing and sunbathing, a children's playground, an outdoor kitchen with a grill for preparing delicious meals and a cozy furnished interior. The cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. And it offers several parking spaces.
The cottage is spread over two floors with a total size of 57 m2. On the first floor of the house you will find a kitchen with dining area and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment: dishes, utensils, electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer (50 l), dishwasher and coffee maker. The dining room is suitable for six people. There is also a nice living room with a sitting area, which can also serve as an extra bed for two people. On the first floor there is also a toilet with sink.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds measuring 160 cm x 200 cm. The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet. The house is air-conditioned and offers Wi - Fi.
Since you will spend most of your summer vacation outdoors, a shaded terrace with a table for 6 people awaits you next to the cottage. The swimming pool is 32 m² and is equipped with sun loungers and a large sun terrace. Next to the pool there is a lawn with swings and toys for children. The total outdoor area is 900 m2.

A house with soul
We stayed here as a family with a toddler. It's a pretty little house with its own pool and fenced property, situated in a quiet location. We felt very comfortable. The sea can be reached by car in 5 minutes. In our opinion, the house is suitable for 4 people. There is a sofa bed in the living room, but since the kitchen is integrated into the room, sleeping is soon disturbed. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is 1 large and 1 small towel per person, which is a bit little. We simply bought some more on site, but it might be nicer to have more supply in the house. For those traveling with a toddler, you should bring a travel cot. All in all, it was a nice vacation. Thank you very much.
