The Villa Nera can accommodate up to 8 guests, who can enjoy comfort and coziness in every area of the house. The ground floor includes a modern equipped kitchen, a dining room, a spacious living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom – so everything is always within easy reach. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, and of course, all the dishes you need to prepare meals. Meal preparation is made easy and enjoyable, which particularly delights those who like to cook even on vacation. The dining area features a large table for 8 people, where all guests can enjoy delicious meals together.
The living room is designed for relaxed moments and social gatherings. On the comfortable sofa and in front of the large satellite TV, you can spend the evenings or take a break whenever you want. From the living area on the ground floor, you can access the terrace, where a large dining table for 8 people and a traditional stone grill await you, allowing you to prepare delicious dishes outdoors. From the terrace, you have direct access to the garden and pool, which gives the space a feeling of connection with nature.
On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms that offer a peaceful retreat. All rooms are equipped with large double beds, high-quality linens, and tastefully selected furniture that create a relaxing atmosphere. A special feature of the upper floor are the shady terraces, accessible from two bedrooms, providing a tranquil place to relax and a magnificent view of the garden. Here, you are awakened by birdsong in the morning and cooled by a pleasant breeze and gentle lighting in the evening. The upper floor has another bathroom with a shower, which provides more privacy and comfort for all guests.
The house is air-conditioned, ensuring pleasant temperatures even on hot summer days. Wi-Fi is available for you to stay connected with the outside world or to plan your daily trips in the area. The highlight of Villa Nera is the beautiful garden and the spacious pool, which are designed to create a relaxing environment while also enabling various outdoor recreational activities. The 25 m² pool is excellent for cooling off and swimming, and around the pool, there are eight lounge chairs where you can enjoy the sun or relax in the shady areas of the garden. Next to the pool, there is an additional shady terrace with a large dining table and a stone grill. This is the perfect place for outdoor dining and preparing Mediterranean grilled dishes. Dream vacation
The Villa Nera plays all the right notes and you feel at home immediately. Equipment, pool, everything is great? Everything is perfectly clean.. Location perfect? The soul of this house is Grandma Nera, the sun rises in the morning when she comes around the corner? She spoils you with Croatian specialties. Everything perfect, we will come back ?♀️⛰️?? Fam. Everything is fine! Very satisfied.
We enjoyed our stay in Villa Nera on Krk very much. Communication with the house manager and the booking process went very well. The house is newly furnished and modern, with a large stone fireplace for barbecue evenings and a clean pool with step entry. It is in a quiet location, but all the towns and beaches on the island are easily accessible. A large supermarket for shopping is nearby. Nera spoiled us in the background with Croatian delicacies and we received laurel leaves and wine as a farewell gift. We cooled down the ground floor using the air conditioning and a fan on the staircase, and after our stay, the air conditioning was also installed on the first floor. So it's perfect for the next vacation. For the little ones in our family, a portable travel crib and a great high chair were available, and the property is completely enclosed with a wall and a roll gate for parking. Butterflies fluttered in the lavender on the breakfast terrace, and there was always something to discover. We enjoyed our time, had a lot of fun with Nera, and would love to come back.
