The interior is complete and of a high standard. The large, sheltered garden with veranda and outdoor kitchen and the location make this vacation home a true paradise.
The beautiful living room has a spacious sitting area with TV, stereo, fireplace and a large dining table for 8 people. The luxurious kitchen is perfect for preparing a sumptuous dinner.
De Pierewaaier has 4 bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom. The three double bedrooms are all on the second floor, the fourth bedroom is in the basement and has two single beds of 80x200cm. The beautiful bathroom has a bathtub, two sinks, a toilet and a walk-in shower.
The spacious garden offers plenty of privacy and has its own outdoor kitchen, dining table for 8 people, Weber grill and a nice sitting area with umbrella where you can enjoy until late at night.
Two private parking spaces directly in front of the house. A possible third car can be parked on the inner ring of the park.
From De Pierewaaier you can reach the beach entrance of the beautiful family beach of Sint Maartenszee in 25 minutes walk. There is a handcart available that you can take to the beach. At the beach you have your own lockable beach hut! This is available from May to September and includes: 2 sun loungers, 8 deck chairs and toys.
The Pierewaaier is located in the park Duinland. This park has some facilities such as table tennis tables, a tennis court and several small playgrounds. Nearby are several attractions for children.
The surrounding area with its many nature reserves such as the Zwanenwater, the Putten and the Schoorl dunes is perfect for beautiful cycling and walking tours. Nature lovers will get their money's worth here!
This house can only be booked for tourist purposes and is not rented to youth groups due to the quietness issue. The minimum age of the liable tenant is 25 years!
