Wir hatten Probleme mit dem TV-Gerät in der oberen Etage ( Schlafzimmer ). Ich hatte das am Montag 27.11.23 im Büro angemeldet und noch am gleichen Tag wurde ein neuer TV geliefert und aufgestellt. Ich möchte mich daher expliziet für die Freundlichkeit und Schnelligkeit, mit der das Problem gelöst wurde, bedanken.
