Welcome to Apartment Banko ***
our house is located in Vidulini near the tourist town of Rovinj (less than 20 km).
The location on the outskirts of the village ensures peace and privacy and thus offers the possibility,
to enjoy the nature during walks or bike rides in the surroundings.
Possibilities for rent
Two separate apartments (optimal for two families with max. 4 persons each) or
as a house with four bedrooms ( for max. 9 persons , 1x chauch bed )
Each apartment offers two bedrooms, shower WC, entrance hall, living room, dining room,
Kitchen and glass terrace, each with 88 m2 of living space.
The 1200m2 outdoor area includes a covered terrace with barbecue and 2 covered parking spaces,
as well as a round salt water pool and the newly built 8x4m pool with a depth of 1.5m.
The immediate vicinity of Kanfanar and Zminj offer many possibilities, as both small towns have become
are developing into true meccas for tourist country vacations.
Minimum rental period is 6 nights.
No pets allowed, non-smoking apartments.

Perfect vacation
The holiday house was very clean and looks exactly like in the photos. It is in a quiet location and you can reach everything in a few minutes. (Restaurants, sea, attractions, Aquarium in Pula, folk festival in Zminj, etc...)
The host was always available, very friendly, gave us many tips that we would have never thought of ourselves, and told us a lot about the stories of the towns and also about the Dvigrad Castle. It was very interesting.
The pool at the house was the perfect cooling off for the hot summer days, and the saltwater pool was wonderful ♥
Simply a dream vacation and the price-performance ratio was 1st class ??
Thank you very much again for the unforgettable beautiful vacation.

Family holiday
We( 2 adults, 2 children) stayed in this beautiful flat for a week.
The house offers everything you need for a perfect holiday!
Especially worth mentioning are the two new pools and the beautiful outdoor area. The landlord speaks great German and was very helpful with all our questions. Our children were also very happy about the two youth bikes they got to borrow although they were not included in the offer - of course free of charge!
All in all it was a very relaxing holiday as the house is a little further away from the tourist hustle and bustle!
We will definitely be back!

Very cosy holiday
Very clean ,spacious house and garden. Nice pool.
There was even a basic cleaning of the house with fresh towels during a two-week stay
The landlord was very present and helpful with questions. Gave us many tips for things to do.
