Description
Situated in the heart of Istria is this beautiful holiday house built in the traditional style. It consists of three parts, the main house with three bedrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen and two smaller houses, each with one bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The house has a large environment with a barbecue area. During warm summer days you can bathe and freshen up in the pool or in the sauna. The town of Rovinj, the famous tourist center of Istria, is only a 30-minute drive from the town. Beautiful beaches, numerous bays, pine forests and many other activities await you there. Numerous restaurants and cafes are located throughout the evening, located along the city's central promenade on the waterfront. The Kanfanar area itself is full of wooded areas, so you can spend your free time walking or biking. The entire Istrian peninsula has a wide range of interesting places worth visiting, so you can organize different day trips to the other end of the peninsula every day.

Simply wonderful
We spent two wonderful weeks in Villa Creglia and are absolutely thrilled with the property, featuring a great garden, a beautiful pool, and the ability to vacation with many friends! The old stone house is really great, and there are two pool houses, with plenty of space for everyone.
In the main house, there is a kitchen on the ground floor that has everything you need. The dining room and living room were hardly used ? our life mostly took place outside. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (and bathroom, an outside staircase also leads there) as well as a room with two single beds (and bathroom). If you enter the other bedroom from outside, this room is no longer a passage room. A small living room with a sofa, a bar, and a bathroom serves as the anteroom for the third bedroom, which can be found in the attic via a steep staircase (double bed and single bed). The pool houses each have one bedroom, one bathroom, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
In the garden, there is a stone grill and a climbing frame with a swing, very suitable for smaller children.
For dog owners: the property is basically fenced, but in some places it is low and can be overcome if a dog wants to. On neighboring properties, there are many dogs that are kept outside and often bark, even at night; that should be noted.
The location is great, right in the middle of Istria, nothing is far away.

Very relaxing vacation
We had a very nice vacation in this house. The kids called it "castle" because it's so old. The landlady was very nice and always brought great things from her own garden (oil, elderberry syrup, eggs). It was also possible spontaneously for my wife's sister and her husband to book for a week. If you want to relax, this is the right place.
