On the beautiful Rådmansö in Norrtälje you live comfortably in this newly built modern house, with all amenities, close to swimming and nature. The house was built in 2021, so everything is new and fresh. One double bed is upstairs and one on the ground floor. Upstairs there are exercise equipment for those who want to stay in shape. The kitchen has an open floor plan to the living room and doors to the large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, for pleasant evenings out. The bathroom is fully tiled with shower, WC and washing machine. The plot is nice and level for games and play. Just a few hundred meters from the house is Åkeröbadet, a shallow sandy beach with jetty, flat lawn and benches. If you want to take a trip to Norrtälje, the bus goes about 100 meters from the house. The summer town of Norrtälje is beautifully situated by the water, where there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars, there are also a lot of activities in the summer. If you want to take a day trip to Åland, the Åland boat leaves from Kapellskär, which is close by. In the immediate area there is a cozy café that also serves simple food. There is a game park nearby, Samstorps Gård, where you can go on safari, which entertains both young and old. Welcome to beautiful Rådmansö!
