Welcome to this newly renovated two-storey villa with an upper floor that has an open floor plan with sea views and large generous areas with access to one of the villa's terrace areas. A wonderful place for the whole family to socialize, add that the area is located in a quiet and pleasant area with nature right in the corner and you have all the conditions for a relaxing and wonderful holiday. From here you also have walking distance on foot and bike paths to nice bathing spots and the summer city city with everything it means such as market shopping, shopping, restaurants, boating, music and much more. From the car park you reach the entrance level via stairs along the short side of the villa and up to a terrace area. Once inside, you are met by large generous areas both upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs there is a large open well equipped kitchen with stove, separate oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, dining area with kitchen furniture, living room with TV and comfortable sofa group, bathroom with bath, shower and underfloor heating, a bedroom with 2 beds. From the kitchen you reach the large lovely terrace in a sunny location. The lower floor consists of 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and bunk bed and one with a double bed, a living room with TV and a heating wood stove, laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a bathroom with shower. From the kitchen you reach the villa's terrace area with summer furniture and barbecue, a lovely place where you are happy to eat a good piece of food and discuss the day's adventures or plan for new excursions. On the entrance side there is another terrace area with summer furniture and on the lawn there is for children both a swing and a trampoline. The villa has WiFi connection. Welcome! Bring bed linen and towels. The villa is cleaned before departure. Lysekil, which is popularly called "The City by the Sea" is located at the far end of the sea band. Experience the fantastic feeling of freedom that the sea gives us hikes on nature reserves and paths with nice smooth red granite cliffs that are unique in Bohuslän. During the summer season, many concerts are offered with famous artists, singing in the park, etc. Several nice nice shops with assortment for different tastes. It is also a pleasure to take the small train around Lysekil, during the tour you will also get a little history of Lysekil or why not walk through the older part of Lysekil from the 17th - 19th century. Cozy buildings along the narrow street towards Norra Hamnen, which in recent years has become a beach promenade. Here you can take a dip in the salty sea from the pier and during a nice summer evening you can experience a fantastic sunset that is reflected in the sea. Feel free to rent a canoe and experience the beautiful archipelago along the smooth granite cliffs. Take a boat trip over to the other side of the Gullmarsfjord and walk on winding streets among Fiskebäckskil's boathouses and captain's villas.
