Description
The bright, generously furnished terrace flat Nemo ; (70 sqm - non-smokers) offers space for 2 to 4 pers.
The living room, furnished with solid furniture, includes a large living/dining area, a bedroom with double bed, as well as a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, a shower room with washing machine and hairdryer and has a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, convection oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and all necessary accessories.
There is also a satellite TV , a DVD player and a micro hi-fi system: playback of CD, MP3, USB connection, iPhone/iPod compatible.
The sun terrace facing southwest and the garden area around the flat with garden furniture and sun loungers invite you to relax.
A parking space belongs to the flat. A covered bicycle shelter and a table tennis table are available for our guests on the 3500 sqm property.

Country life and the idyllic Bodden shape the image of the tranquil landscape of West Ruegen.
For those who are looking for peace and seclusion in untouched nature, who want to watch cranes and other seabirds, who want to enjoy the austere charm of the national park "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft", who like hiking, horseback riding, cycling, fishing or water sports, Rügen's small, quiet neighbour island Ummanz is just right. Ummanz is a "must" for surfing fans, who find ideal conditions on the Bodden.
The Ummanz peninsula is famous for its cranes, which stop here every year in spring and autumn on their migration to their summer and winter quarters.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the Rügen baths, which are nevertheless easily accessible, lies the idyllic fishing village of Waase directly behind the bridge that connects Ummanz with Rügen. A small bathing area (natural beach) is about 400m away. In Suhrendorf (4km) there is a larger shallow-water bathing spot with a view of the island of Hiddensee and a surfing and kite school.

Only a few minutes' walk away you will find a bicycle rental.
Close to the harbour is the island church with a late Gothic Antwerp carved altar from the 15th century

In the thatched stables of the listed parish ensemble, you can see and buy handicrafts with motifs typical of the landscape in the ceramic pottery with farm shop.
Next door in the old parish barn, with a view of the Focker Strom, you can enjoy a break with delicious food and regional specialities in the Kutterschnute.
The Ummanz Haflinger Breeding invites you to go horseback riding and romantic carriage rides.
Knowledge about nature is imparted on the 1.9 km long forest adventure trail "Des Försters Wald".
A crane observation station is located in Tankow, 2 km away. There, the birds of happiness indulge in a unique natural spectacle in spring and autumn.
About 4 km away, on a natural beach, you will find the Ummaii surfing and kite school with the Tiki Bar tree house restaurant as an insider tip.
In the neighbouring village of Wusse, the Zuckerkuss garden café invites you to enjoy homemade cakes and tarts with a view of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund.
The adventure farms Bauer Kliewe and Bauer Lange (2km) have a farm shop, restaurant and many leisure activities.
A noble distillery in Lieschow also attracts visitors with its range of products.
The Rügenpark Gingst (7km) has miniature models of world-famous buildings and leisure fun for the whole family.

Great vacation
We really felt very comfortable, the apartment was very clean and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room is cozily furnished, and the bedroom has comfortable beds. In front of the house, you can securely store the bicycles. A nice terrace with 2 loungers and seating furniture overlooking the greenery is ideal for relaxing. We will definitely come back soon.

Very relaxing
We were there for cycling with a handbike. The holiday apartment was the ideal starting point for us, and the bike paths were excellent, smooth, and had hardly any inclines. You don't notice the tourist hustle and bustle at all in Ummanz. It was so beautifully quiet, pure idyll. In the apartment, you could relax wonderfully, and from the terrace, you had a view of the Haflinger herd. We would book the apartment again, as we managed wonderfully with our child's wheelchair there.

Four Paws on Rügen
I would like to tell you about our dream vacation with our dog on Rügen. We explored the beautiful island for a week and had so many great experiences that we would love to go back right away!
Sellin and Binz impressed us with their white sandy beaches and impressive seaside architecture. A highlight was also visiting Prora, an impressive relic from times gone by.
Our vacation apartment was just perfect: beautifully furnished, clean, and situated in the countryside. From our terrace, we could even watch the Haflinger horses in the pasture. I can recommend taking a walk on the dyke - surfers as far as the eye can see!
The hosts took good care of us and gave us great tips for outings with our four-legged friend.
All in all, our vacation with our dog on Rügen was simply fantastic and we can't wait to come back.
Rügen has completely convinced us with its beauty, diversity, and hospitality!
