Villa Margherita is located in the residential area 'Porto Salvo', towards Sampieri, on the south coast of Sicily,
in the province of Ragusa and has a very beautiful, quiet location right by the sea.

A holiday home where you immediately feel relaxed and comfortable.
Large living/dining room with sea view and a large, covered veranda for dining, relaxing with a view of the sea.
Garden by the sea and around the house. 1 double bedroom with sea view and bathroom/toilet, bidet,
1 bedroom with 3 single beds and bathroom/toilet, bidet,
1 bedroom with 1 double bed or 2 single beds.
1 bathroom with shower/toilet/bidet,
1 shower with hot water in the covered patio area,
1 beautiful outdoor shower.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom.
Cozy kitchen/dining room with dishwasher and terrace.
All rooms have ceiling fans,
the air conditioning is almost only used for heating in the winter. In front of the house, there is a flat, smooth rocky coast with initially very shallow water and some sandy access points.
Ideal for bathing, snorkeling, surfing, sailing, fishing, hiking,
and sunbathing.
About 250 - 300m to the sandy bay with dunes of Marina di Modica,
along the sea, park-like sea promenade, pedestrian zone.
Approximately 300 m to the center (shops, cafés, ice cream parlors, restaurants, etc.).
The ice cream shop, bar, café, "Gelateria Fiore", is only about 80 - 100 m away. We are renting out more VILLAS right by the sea!

Marina Di Modica is situated on the seafront, between Pozzallo and Sampieri, on the south coast of Sicily.
EXCURSION possibilities:
In the nearby Inland are the beautiful Baroque cities
Modica (15 Km), Scicli (15 Km), Ragusa-Ibla (25 Km), Noto (30 km), which are
the UNESCO has recognized as world cultural heritage.

To Pozzallo, nice little port town 5 Km, with a speedy catamaran to Malta in 90 minutes.
VILLA MARGHERITA is also an ideal starting point for DAILY TRIPS:
To Ispica and the canyon Cava di Ispica,
Capo Passero/Portopalo - harbor town at the southern tip of Sicily,
Marzamemi, nature reserve Vendicari, Noto, the canyon Cava Grande Cassibile, Pantalica, Syracuse and his historical center Ortigia, Enna, Caltanisetta, Caltagirone, Catania, volcano Etna, Taormina.
To the westside:
Donnalucata, castle Donnafugata, Donnafugata Golf Resort,
nature reserve river Irminio, Marina di Ragusa, Camarina,
Piazza Armerina, Villa Casale, Agrigento, Selinunte.

Marina Di Modica is situated on the seafront, between Pozzallo and Sampieri, on the south coast of Sicily.
With a beautiful sandy beach cove with dunes,
the long bay has two wings with a shallow, rocky coast.
The whole year are open:
Food shops, bakeries, butchers, fruit/vegetables, newspapers, cigarettes, pharmacy, weekly market,
cafes, ice cream shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bistros,
specialty - fresh fish.
You can go on foot shopping, dining and to the beach about 250 - 300m.

Surfing, sailing, pedal boats (in the summer sail/surf school ), tennis.
To the endless sandy beach with dunes in direction Sampieri about 800 m.
Very beautiful coastline for swimming and walking.

30% deposit on booking by bank transfer, the rest by arrival on site.

Once, for the cleaning service 90 €, plus 10 € per person for bed linen, towels, cot.
Watt Power consumption (Kw x 0,35 €), Internet free, included.

Guests arriving in Catania drives towards Siracusa, Rosolini (SS114, A18, E45),
then follow the signs to Ispica, Marina di Modica.
Near Rosolini or Ispica, please call us on our mobile number.
We pick you up at our meeting point and bring you to your Villa.

and then following the signs to Ispica and Marina di Modica.
Once you arrive near Ispica, please call our mobile phone number.
We pick you up on our meeting point and bring you to your holiday villa.
