EDEN VILLAGE
The penthouse \"Eden Village\" (app. 45 sq. meters) has 2 bedrooms, a living-dining area with kitchen, shower + WC and a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the garden.
In our holiday apartment is available a small TV with many international speaking programs, too.
There is also a patio and a parking space free of charge.
Our nice holiday apartment \'Eden Village\' is situated directly by the sea, at a flat rock reef.
In this beautiful Mediterranean garden there are olive-, tangerine-, lemon-, carube- and almond trees. In the low season as well as in wintertime the oleander, hibiscus, geraniums and many more are in full bloom. This and the spectacular view of the sea will most certainly get you into a holiday mood.
The ocean, a smooth ledge, adjoin directly to the garden.
You can reach the sandy beach and center of Marina di Modica in only 15 minutes by foot or 2 minutes by car.
During the summer months, various fruits, vegetables and cheese cars, drove directly to the garden. Even the baker brings fresh bread every morning, cookies and croissants down to the cottage.

MARINA DI MODICA
Marina di Modica is situated directly on the sea, between Sampieri and Pozzallo, at the southern tip of Sicily, far from the tourist centres. The sandy beach is surrounded by dunes and is one of the most beautiful stretches of coast on the island. The sandy beach slopes gently into the sea and is ideal for families with small children, but also for senior citizens. Along the seafront, there is a beautiful promenade surrounded by a park in southern Italian style, where a market is held at weekends.
In July and August, when the locals are on holiday, the otherwise quiet seaside resort comes alive with live music, theatre performances and beach bars around the centrally located Bungalow Park for entertainment until late at night.
In winter, warm, spring-like temperatures invite you to spend the winter in Sicily.
OUTDOORS
Only 6 km from the park is the small fishing town of Pozzallo, with numerous shopping opportunities and a beautiful 'piazza' surrounded by palm trees. If you like fresh fish, this is the place to be.
The baroque town of Modica is only a 15-minute drive from Marina di Modica and is what you would expect from a typical Sicilian small town. Life pulsates here from early in the morning until late at night. The old town of Modica with its numerous baroque churches, such as the Cathedral of San Giorgio, is impressive both by day and by night!

Other interesting excursion destinations include Syracuse, Agrigento, Palermo, Segesta, Selinunte, Cefalù, Piazza Armerina, Catania, Cava d`Ispica, Camarina, Castello di Donnafugata, Ragusa, Modica, Noto, Scicli, Taormina and of course Mount Etna.
We can also organise some excursions on request. Day trips from the neighbouring town of Pozzallo to the nearby island of Malta can be booked through us.
