Restored in 2019, Casa XIM is a beautiful townhouse in Pollença’s old town. The spacious roof terrace with private pool (which can be heated) and breathtaking views over the village is a particular highlight. This stylish four-bedroom holiday home is located in a quiet, narrow street in Pollença’s old town. The ground floor has a spacious living room with an open kitchen and one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The first floor offers three bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and a third bathroom. As well as the private pool, the sunny and spacious roof terrace also has sunbeds and a dining area – all ideal for sunbathing, entertaining and enjoying the spectacular views over the town. Experience a gorgeous holiday home in Pollensa with a high level of comfort and the personal touch. Pollença and Puerto Pollença are ideal destinations for holidaymakers looking for the real Majorca. While the summer is perfect for a beach holiday, with long summer nights and a Mediterranean atmosphere, spring and autumn are ideal for a more active break. And even in the winter, the sun and mild temperatures are a balm for the soul.

For holidaymakers looking for the original Mallorca, Pollensa and the harbour town of the same name, Puerto Pollensa, are ideal retreats.
Far away from the Ballermann, varied landscapes merge with well-kept sandy beaches here. Pollensa is a good starting point for exploring the entire island and the Tramuntana mountains are ideal for hiking and cycling tours. In Puerto Pollença, the beach slopes very gently down to the water. It is therefore well suited for small children to play. Behind the yacht and fishing harbour is the long sandy beach of Port de Pollenca. It enjoys a particularly great view of the steep slopes of the Tramuntana mountains.

Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 57 days before the day of arrival.
- The tenant can withdraw from this agreement any time before the rental commences. The cancellation has to be made in writing to contacto-mallorca, registered mail or email will do in order to be effective. The cancellation will take effect the day contacto-mallorca receives the statement. In the event of a cancellation of contract prior to the commencement of the rental contacto-mallorca strives to find another tenant under the same terms of the contract for the agreed period. Provided that contacto-mallorca will find another tenant for the same period under the same terms of the contract, 10 % of the agreed rental fee will become due as a flat rate reimbursement of expenses regardless of the date of cancellation. In the event of cancelling the contract the tenant agrees to pay the following cancellation fees:
- If the tenant cancels this agreement more than 57 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 0 % of the agreed rental fee.
- If the tenant cancels this agreement between 56 and 29 days prior to the commencement of the rental, the tenant pays 15 % of the agreed rental fee.
- For a cancellation of this agreement less than 28 days, the tenant pays 95% of agreed rental fee. For a No Show the tenant pays 100 % of the rental fee.

Bei den unterschiedlichen Objekten, die ich über Contacto-Mallorca besucht habe, ist es sehr schwer zu sagen welches am schönsten ist…. Mit Sicherheit gehört die Casa Xim aber unter die Top 3… ein Dorfhaus in bester Lage, mit einem spektakulärem Blick über Pollenca und allem Komfort. Auch unseren zweiten Aufenthalt dort haben wir sehr genossen….
