Dear guests,
we welcome you to our old fishermen's house Lüder in Zecherin, on the Baltic Sea. But old is only a nostalgic description. Those who know our fishermen's flats 1 and 2 know - we work with a love of detail. We, the Lüder family, together with friends, have lovingly renovated the entire property, which has been in our possession for four generations, while preserving the original construction of the house, which was first registered in Swinemünde in 1936
Now you can expect your own holiday home with bright and friendly designed rooms.
The Zecherin fisherman's house offers space for 10 people to sit, chat and relax
Not included in the rental price is a small room on the premises where you can park bicycles and smoke
Free of charge we provide you with: W-Lan, parking space directly in front of the house, barbecue, freezer and children's equipment.
If you want to explore the Peene river, we offer you a small plastic boat for rowing: the price is 10,00 € per day. (7 days=50€)
If you wish, you can pay us, contactless by bank transfer before arrival.
Small dogs are allowed by prior arrangement, we charge 15€ per dog and night
You will receive bed linen and towels for a fee.
The rental fee for bed linen is 10,00 € and towels 3,50 €.
If you have any questions, we will be happy to help you on site 150 metres away or by telephone.
The keys will be handed over by arrangement

We have one of the most beautiful harbours on the island of Usedom.
The sports boat harbour offers you the following services:
Water moorings, winter storage, trailering, guided fishing tours as well as boat hire.
Please note that this is only possible by prior arrangement if necessary.
A popular cycle path starts from the Zecherin harbour, along the Peene River.
The route leads past meadows, ditches and fields, passes the Karlshagen marina and finally ends in historic Peenemünde.

we will come again
We felt very comfortable here, old fisherman's house super renovated. Every room with TV and everything super clean, right in the village in absolutely quiet location, with a very nicely covered terrace and 4 to 5 parking spaces for us in front of the house, super nice hosts we would love to come back.
