Moin, you are on the right track to a relaxing holiday address: "Nordseehaus im Grünen", Horumersiel, Wiardergroden 10 .
We find this location ideal, close enough to the centre of the village to get your breakfast rolls in a few minutes' walk, and at the same time so idyllically situated between two farms that you can enjoy the nature on the large property and the open view. On our private small playground, your children will find something stimulating for every age (swings, play and climbing house, slide, rotating seesaw, sand "toad", open spaces ...)
The floor plan shows that the house can be divided into two to three smaller flats:
The south-facing flat (drawn in green in the floor plan/flyer) consists of the living room, two bedrooms (sleeps 4-6), the kitchen and the (small) shower room. It also includes the large conservatory and the south-facing terrace.
The smaller west flat with separate entrance (drawn in red in the floor plan) has a living/bedroom, a kitchen with dining area, a barrier-free bathroom and also access to the outdoors (covered, wind-protected west terrace) via its own conservatory. Suitable for 2-3 persons, with the attic room* also for 2-4/5 pers.
*(In the roof above the west flat we have set up a small private area (bedroom 2 beds and extra mattress + separate WC), which we could offer you the additional use of from the west flat. Access via a rather steep staircase)
On the upper floor of the main house (above the south flat), a beautiful flat was created again in 2013 with living/dining/kitchen area, bedroom, small children's room with bunk beds, guest mattress, bathroom, 2 balconies, 4-5 persons. Please bring slippers (new natural cork floor).

Location and surroundings of object
For most holidaymakers, the A-29 motorway will be the best access route, passing Oldenburg, to the Schillig / Wilhelmshaven exit. Then drive onto Hooksiel and continue to Horumersiel, turn right at the petrol station onto Goldstraße, then right again at the next fork. 200 metres after the town sign (direction Crildumersiel) you will now see our house - you have arrived.

Actually, you hardly need the car now, almost everything can be reached on foot (or by bike). A handcart with 1 MS (not PS) brings the beach toys and food to the water

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
