The manor house, built in the second half of the 19th century, and the former farm building are right next to each other on the estate's 16,000 square meter park. The relatively untouched Zudar peninsula is surrounded by several bodies of water: the Rügisches Bodden, which is part of the Greifswalder Bodden, the Schoritzer Wiek and the Strelasund, an inlet of the Baltic Sea.
