The interior of Villa Orange is spacious, beautiful and carefully decorated. The house is fully equipped with all appliances, amenities and cutlery. There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Together with the living room sofa, the house has a capacity for 8 persons. Cots are also available.
Pool, sun beds, umbrellas and a barbecue are at your disposal.

Location and surroundings of object
The Villa Orange is located in a small village near the most brilliant sea of the Adriatic. The beaches are just a few minutes away by car, there are three supermarkets within 10 minutes, and the area is filled with great restaurants serving Istrian and seafood cuisine.
Labin is based on the site of a Roman city on the east coast of Istria. The distance from the sea is 3 km and from the tourist center of Rabac 5 km. On the hill is the old town with cobblestone street, old buildings and beautiful churches. Rich in cultural heritage, Renaissance and Baroque palaces. The museum preserves the cultural heritage of eastern Istria. The old town is filled with innumerable galleries and art studios of local artists who hold the legacy of their ancestors. You can also enjoy in Istrian taverns with various oils, wine, cheese and ham.
Rabac is a famous destination with many romantic walks, good restaurants, friendly people and good music.

TOP accommodation that leaves nothing to be desired, insanely nice landlords!
We spent 14 days in this dream house with 4 adults and 2 children! There is nothing, but really nothing negative to report about this house or anything else! Should something not be right, Zelko and Melina (landlord) will do everything in their power to make it right in the shortest possible time! The pool looks much smaller on the photo than it is in reality. The plot is huge compared to other holiday homes in Croatia, there is a swing and lawn for the kids to play on. The house offers enough retreats for everyone. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The location is very quiet for those who want to get away from it all for a few days! There are plenty of supermarkets in the surrounding area within a short drive! The beautiful village of Rabac is about 15 minutes drive from the house, there are a majority of beaches, restaurants and shops, but everything is still small and cosy! All in all it was a wonderful holiday for us, we will definitely be back! Many thanks again to Meli & Zelko, for the magical time and the insider tips for the choice of restaurants and boat rental!

Very great accommodation!
Everything clean, super nice landlords who care a lot about the well-being of their guests! Very hospitable!
The accommodation was perfectly equipped and clean. We felt very comfortable!!!
Quiet and beautiful house away from mass tourism with generous parking spaces directly in front of the house. The beach in Rabac is highly recommended. Very beautiful small bays, about 3 km from Kapelica. The beach in Ravni is also beautiful, about 9 km away. It is very easy to get there by car and there are plenty of free parking spaces. We would love to come back!

Tolles Haus
We spent the autumn break with our 2 children in this beautiful house. The good facilities and cleanliness of the house, as well as the very nice landlords, made our stay in Croatia even more enjoyable.

Schöner Urlaub nahe Rabac
We had a great holiday at Villa Orange. The house was very well equipped, and we slept so well in the beds, better than ever in a vacation rental. It's only a few minutes by car to the beautiful beach in Rabac, and the pool in the garden is also great. We couldn't use it due to the temperature, but it would be fantastic in high summer for sure. There is a swing for small children in the garden. The hosts are super nice and friendly and provided us with great tips for excursions and restaurants. We had a great time and can only recommend the house :)

Traumurlaub
We spent a wonderful vacation week in this beautiful house with a huge property and great pool. The house and garden are equipped with everything you need. The owners are super nice and friendly. They speak perfect English and were always available. We felt absolutely comfortable and enjoyed every moment. We will definitely come back.
