The price listed here refers to Apartment 1 for an occupancy of up to 5 people. If you arrive with more people, you will need an additional apartment.

Apartment 1 on the ground floor is about 60 m² and can accommodate up to 5 people:
- 1 bedroom for up to 3 people
- 1 living room/bedroom for up to 2 people with a cozy corner couch for watching TV and reading together
- Kitchen with dining area and complete equipment
- Bathroom with toilet and spacious shower
- Hallway
Apartment 2 on the 1st floor is about 75 m² and can accommodate up to 6 people:
- 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people
- 1 living room with sofa bed for up to 2 people, and balcony access
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Bathroom with toilet and bathtub
- Hallway
Apartment 3 in the attic is about 90 m² and can accommodate up to 7 people:
- 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people
- Living room with a single sleeping couch and access to a large roof terrace
- Kitchen with dining area

Very nice vacation apartment and quiet surroundings
It was a beautiful vacation in a beautiful villa. We felt very comfortable, even our dogs had fun in the large garden property.

Beautiful relaxing holiday
Hello.
We are a family of four with a dog and had a very nice vacation at Mr. Werner's in Warnowo. It was our first vacation in Poland together. The ground-floor apartment we rented was very beautiful. Warnowo is somewhat rural, but all the towns can be easily reached. The house has a super nice large garden with a barbecue area; there were lovely seating areas and loungers to relax in the garden. Nothing was missing! Directly across is a playground that was very well received and liked by our children. The cleanliness was top-notch! We can also only recommend the offered laundry package! When we had questions, we could call, and everything was explained promptly. The service from booking to the end of the vacation was very good! All in all, we can only recommend the apartment and will definitely vacation there again.

Holiday with children and dogs
It was a very nice stay, the apartment was very clean and we didn't miss anything.
Our children as well as our dogs had a lot of fun and could romp around on the large property, there was also a very nice playground across from the house.
It is highly recommended, we would go back anytime.

"Easter in heavenly peace."
The villa is being carefully awakened from its Sleeping Beauty sleep by the new owners. 2 out of 3 holiday apartments are already finished and modernly renovated. We had a great time with our 2 kids. The beach is easily accessible by car. Eating out was delicious, but self-catering also worked great - everything you need is available in the spacious kitchen of holiday apartment 2. Anytime again.
