Holiday home

The holiday home is located in the absolutely quiet Domyslow, where only the singing of birds can be heard. Very centrally located on the island of Wolin, so that all important destinations can be reached in less than an hour, often even in half an hour. The Viking is very nicely equipped with everything that is listed in the description. We especially liked the small bathing lakes, where we enjoyed swimming with the children.
For our daughter, the lovely dogs next door were the absolute highlight, for us it was the many excursions in the surrounding area and the warmth of the landlord, who suggested these to us.
A wonderful holiday that we have already spent for the second time and definitely not for the last time.

Nice, well-furnished little house in a quiet district. A bathing lake and grocery store are just around the corner, but the beach is a bit further away, which is not a big problem. The house has everything necessary, and if there is a specific need (like a cot for us), the landlord Mr. Kamil is quick and happy to help. The price/performance ratio is very good. The contact with the landlord is very nice and uncomplicated.

A cozy house to feel comfortable.

A vacation in Kolczewo means feeling good from the first moment. The house stands out with its loving and tasteful interior and spacious rooms, probably due to the fact that the landlord Kamil is a perfectionist who cares about the well-being of his guests.

Thanks to the very well-equipped kitchen and the washing machine, the house is also recommended for longer stays. In addition to numerous other destinations, you can explore the surrounding area, such as the Baltic Sea. Excursions to the national park, or all coastal towns. Even the distance from Germany is less than an hour. Perfectly suitable for those who love vacations away from mass tourism. A heartfelt thank you to Kamil for the excellent and warm care!

To feel good all around...

Everything is clean and very well-maintained, and the outdoor facilities are also in good condition and well-secured, so that our two children can play unattended for a short time. Even our youngest, who is still a baby, feels really comfortable here and enjoys this "protected freedom". The successful vacation is rounded off by the nice people here, especially the two landlords! You can immediately tell that they really care about the satisfaction of their guests. Since we ourselves do not (yet) have a dog, we were worried before the visit that you might see or smell that dogs are also welcome in the apartments, but this turned out to be completely unnecessary. Carpets, sofas, beds, everything is really clean and in top condition! It's just a shame that the TV is a bit small, the kids had problems with the Playstation. But it's vacation, they had plenty to do anyway.

We will continue to come here gladly, of course also because of the central location on Wolin, from which you can easily reach all other places (Swinoujscie, Miedzywodzie, Miedzyzdroje, etc.) by bike. In bad weather, the larger cities are also easily accessible by car.

Overall, a place for a successful vacation in any weather (especially or especially with children)!

Simply perfect

Yesssss, we did it again...vacation on Wolin and of course in the incredibly quiet Kolczewo. This house lacks nothing, everything is perfect. It may not be super modernly furnished, but there are no wishes left unfulfilled. An absolute bargain when it comes to holiday homes. Upon arrival, 2 sockets were torn out, but the landlord informed us about it upon arrival, and in the evening of the same day, a craftsman came to repair them – so you can see that Mr. Kamil cares a lot about the house. I think we will also spend our vacation here next year.

This is how beautiful a holiday home can be.

The most beautiful time, the holiday season, we spent in Kolczewo in 2012. We found all information about the accommodation, location, condition, etc. to be optimal. Well-equipped, modern, and fast. Truly dreamlike surroundings. The roads, however, are terrible - public roads have holes so large that we damaged a rim. Also to be highlighted is the caring support provided by the landlord. We will come back and will definitely recommend it to our friends.

New Year's Eve vacation

Overall, it was a very nice holiday. It is a great house and was perfect for 10 people. We felt very comfortable there.

No more vacations in Domyslow.

When we read the reviews, we thought, "okay." When we arrived there, we thought, "oh my God." We entered the house, and immediately a musty smell hit us, as if the house had been empty for months and never aired out. Everything stank, including the bedding. We were given new pillows. The whole house was damp. To our surprise, we only found one bathroom, even though the description stated there should be a bathroom on the upper floor as well. The living room on the upper floor does not exist. The bedrooms on the upper floor are actually only 2 as the other 2 bedrooms are just sleeping corners where you cannot even stand up. Additionally, these sleeping corners do not have doors. Originally intended as small storage rooms. The photos are also very misleading as one assumes that the playground is on the large property behind the house. This is not the case. It is located on the neighboring property, so we could never leave the children unsupervised while playing, as they might run onto the street.
During rain, water would leak through the ceiling in the upper floor bedroom.
The landlord was very nice and informed us that the house would be completely renovated this year. I think that says a lot.
The water from the tap had a rusty taste and was brown all the time, but we were assured it was safe to drink. Since we had a 1 1/2-year-old child with us, we always used mineral water. The kitchen and the living room on the ground floor were fine, although the living room is not suitable for more than 5 people. We will not spend our holidays here again.
