Our apartment is very sunny and quiet at 1100m in the beautiful flower village of Alpbachtal.
In just 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot you are directly in the center. It is only 2km to the Ski Juwel Alpbachtal, where the famous Lauser Land is in summer. For families, fun is a top priority in the region; with the Alpbachcard all lifts are FREE as well as many discounts in the region. Only 2.5 km above lies our Bischofer Cheese Alp, a hike with the whole family with a good snack platter is worth it, because with us everything is homemade!

Rustic cottage, perfect for 2-3 families
Great accommodation, very quaint and cosy with a double room, a triple room, a quadruple room, 2 shower bathrooms and sauna
The large living/dining area is cosy and like an inn, with a bar and several tables.
We felt very comfortable and had a beautiful view of the mountains
If you are sensitive to noise, you should take earplugs with you. From the early hours of the morning, the cows are milked one floor above and some pump starts up, which you can hear very clearly
What was also a pity was that on the internet it said that the guest children were allowed to ride horses, but that has probably not been possible for a while
From a holidaymaker's point of view, we would have liked not to have to bring our own bed linen and towels. With 7 people, the car is already full... and then all the ski equipment.
In any case, this is a special accommodation that we would recommend to others
The ski bus stops right outside the door, 2x in the morning and 2x in the afternoon. Without a car, however, you're out of luck.

Unique ambiance in a fantastic location
We were very excited about this great holiday apartment. This former converted pub impressed us very much. The furnishings were quaint yet modern, including a sauna that invited relaxation after a long day of skiing. The location is somewhat secluded from the town, but the ski bus stops right at the door, offering a fantastic view of Alpbach and the mountains with the ski area. We were received very kindly and would come back here anytime. It was a very beautiful and unforgettable stay.

Living on the farm
We spent a wonderful week, 6 ski tourers, in this spacious apartment. It is very clean, the kitchen very well equipped. The location is quiet and sunny. The landlords are very nice. But one must consider that a double room without a window, and the second one as well. If the curtain remains open, it becomes a large 4-bed room. We coped with the sleeping arrangements.

Very nice accommodation
We booked this very nice accommodation for our ski vacation with 2 adults and 2 children (6 and 8 years old). The apartment is really huge and has everything you need. In the evenings, we sat comfortably by the fireplace and used the sauna. All in all, this apartment is highly recommended, and we would gladly come back again. However, there were a few small shortcomings:
- The protective shield of the fireplace was not easy to pull down, causing glowing sparks to come out before the shield could be closed.
- The abundant wood in the apartment, which we liked a lot and provides a rustic atmosphere, is sometimes very rough, leading to us having to remove quite a few splinters from our hands and feet. We had to dispose of the separated waste (plastic, aluminum, glass) ourselves at the recycling center in Alpbach, which is only open two mornings a week - one of them is Saturday, which is usually the arrival/departure day. However, the apartment is absolutely recommendable. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr urig und gemütlich mit einem Doppelzimmer, einem Dreibettzimmer, einem Vierbettzimmer, 2 Duschbädern und Sauna.
Gemütlich ist der große Wohn-/Essbereich der wie ein Wirtshaus ist, mit Theke und mehreren Tischen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen schönen Blick auf die Berge.
Wer geräuschempfindlich ist sollte besser Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen, ab den frühen Morgenstunden werden eine Etage drüber die Kühe gemolken und irgendeine Pumpe geht an, das hört man schon sehr deutlich.
Was auch schade war - im Internet stand noch, dass die Gastkinder reiten dürfen, das ist wohl aber seit einer Weile nicht mehr möglich.
Aus Urlaubersicht hätten wir es schön gefunden, wenn wir nicht selber Bettwäsche und Handtücher hätten mitbringen müssen. Bei 7 Leuten ist das Auto damit schon hab voll… und dann noch das ganze Ski-Equipment.
Auf jeden Fall eine besondere Unterkunft, die wir weiter empfehlen würden.
Der Skibus hält direkt vor der Tür, 2x morgens und 2x nachmittags. Ohne Auto ist man allerdings aufgeschmissen.

Wir waren sehr begeistert von dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Diese ehemalige umgebaute Gaststube hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung urig und doch modern, inkl. Sauna hat nach einem langen Skitag zur Entspannung eingeladen. Die Lage etwas abseits vom Ort, aber der Skibus hält direkt vor der Tür, mit einem traumhaften Blick auf Alpbach und die Berge mit dem Skigebiet. Wir sind sehr nett aufgenommen worden und würden jederzeit hier wieder herkommen. Es war ein sehr schöner und unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.

Eine herrliche Woche verbrachten wir 6 Skitourengeherinnen in dieser geräumigen Wohnung. Sie ist sehr sauber, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und sonnig. Die Vermieter sehr nett. Aber man muss bedenken, dass ein DZ ohne Fenster ist und das zweite ebenfalls. Wenn der Vorhang geöffnet bleibt hat man ein grosses 4Bett Zimmer. Wir sind mit den Schlafgegebenheiten zurecht gekommen.

Wir haben diese sehr schöne Unterkunft für unseren Ski-Urlaub mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (6 und 8 Jahr) gebucht. Die Wohnung ist wirklich riesig und bietet alles, was man braucht. Abends haben wir gemütlich am Kamin gesessen und die Sauna genutzt. Alles in allem ist diese Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen auch gerne wieder.
Jedoch gab es ein paar kleine Mängel:
- Die Schutzscheibe vom Kamin ging nicht so leicht runterzuziehen, wodurch öfters glühende Funken raus kamen, bevor man die Scheibe schließen konnte.
- Das viele Holz in der Wohnung, was uns sehr gut gefiel und eine urige Atmosphäre bietet, ist teilweise sehr rauh, wodurch wir nicht wenige Holzsplitter aus Händen und Füßen wieder rausholen mussten.
- Den getrennten Müll (Plastik, Alu, Glas) mussten wir selbst beim Recyclinghof in Alpbach entsorgen, der nur zwei Vormittage in der Woche geöffnet ist - einer davon ist Samstag, was i. d. R. der An-/Abreisetag ist.
Aber dennoch ist die Wohnung absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Die herrliche Lage und der große Aufenthaltsraum sind klasse.

Wir waren 2 Familien mit kleinen Kindern und haben uns eine Woche lang super wohl gefühlt. Nebendran Pferde für nach dem Skifahren und dazu ein paar Hasen und Katzen, für die Kinder prima. Küche super ausgestattet, Sauna klein, aber angenehm, wenn die Kids mal im Bett sind. Die Hütte ist dunkel und könnte ein wenig besser ausgeleuchtet sein, aber das war nicht wirklich dramatisch. Ansonsten viel Platz um sich auszubreiten, die Kinder mit einem Mal- und Basteleck. Die Wirtin super hilfsbereit und nett, wurden sogar auf die Alm raufgefahren und konnten runterrodeln, was im Dunkeln ein tolles Erlebnis war. Zum Lift sind es 10 Minuten, man muss mit dem Auto fahren, ebenso ins Dorf, was uns jetzt wenig gestört hat. Wir haben bereits für kommendes Jahr gebucht.

We have spent our holidays in Rossalm in the end of February 2013. The house is on a beautiful place above Alpbach (10 min. walk to the village, accesible by car without any problems). From the terrasse, there is a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. It has a very large rustical living room-kitchen where you can find anything you need for a pleasant holiday, and a large sauna. The owners are friendly and helpful.
The skigebiet Juwel is 5 minutes by car, parking free of charge and big enough.
There is a funny system of switches (light and heating) we could finally understand at the end of our stay. I would prefer a colder sleeping room, but it is probably a matter of taste.

Wir waren bei Fam. Konstenzer im Januar 2013 im Appartement Rossalm. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Appartement ist sehr rustikal mit viel Holz eingerichtet und gleicht einem ehemaligen Wirtshaus. Aber sehr gemütlich. Vor allem mit dem Kamin. Wir waren mit 3 Familien und hatten reichlich Platz. Da 2 Bäder vorhanden sind- kam es auch beim morgentlichen fertig machen- nie zum Stau. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich - wir haben fantastisch geschlafen!. Eine kleine Anmerkung: für Großfamilien ist das Kleiderschrank-Regal etwas klein. Gute wäre daneben einfach noch ein paar Aufhängehaken anzubringen. Gerade für die Ski-Anzüge zum aufhängen wäre das perfekt!
Die Küche war ausreichend eingerichtet. Da wir immer für 12 Personen gekocht haben- mussten wir natürlich das ein oder andere mal sehr kreativ werden. Ansonsten war aber alles da- inkl. große Töpfe! Gut war der große Vorratsraum mit dem 2. Kühlschrank.
Absolut lobend möchte ich die Freundlichkeit betonen. Besonders bei der Tochter- die unsere Kinder herzlichst im Stall nebenan begrüßt hat. Wir durften immer rüber kommen und die Ponys und Häschen streicheln. Das war für die Kinder sehr toll!
Was noch schön wäre als Service: Früh morgens frische Brötchen an der Tür. Das würde alles perfekt machen!
Wir haben uns in allem sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Die Rossalm ist eine ideale Unterkunft für Familien oder auch Freunde.Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet und ist sehr gemütlich.Und die Sauna ist wunderbar nach einem kaltem Wintertag.Die Kinder haben die Möglichkeit zu reiten und dürfen jederzeit zu den Tieren (Pferde,Ziegen,Hasen,Esel),welche sie auch füttern dürfen.
Die Rossalm liegt nur ca.2 km von den Skiliften entfernt und man hat einen herrlichen Blick über die Berge.Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und nach Wunsch gib es einen Brötchenservice vor Ort.Es ist sehr schön und am besten sich selbst von dieser herrlichen Unterkunft und Umgebung überzeugen.Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen für alle die gerne in der Natur sind,Ski fahren oder einfach nur ausspannen wollen.Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
