Plattedijk 3. 0: Vacation home with panoramic view over the nature reserve with its numerous bird colonies.
After a long day at the beach, it is wonderful to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine in front of the house.
This vacation home was completed in 2024 and is fully luxuriously furnished.
It is located in the Iselmar holiday park on Plattedijk in Lemmer. The extensive garden at the chalet offers a magnificent view of the Woudagemaal World Heritage site as well as meadows and drainage canals with many birds.

Plattedijk 3. 0 is spacious suitable for 4 people, i.e. 2 x 2-person beds 200 x 160 (possibly 6 people) and your faithful four-legged friend... (above a double bed there is a French bed, see photos). The house is modernly furnished and has a very spacious kitchen with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and Nespresso machine.
The living room offers a breathtaking view of the meadows behind and the so-called Boezemkanäle of the Woudagemaal, which is a World Heritage site. There is also a smart TV with Dutch and German channels.
The house has internet (free Wi-Fi). The master bedroom is equipped with a splendid double box spring bed (200x160) and a very spacious wardrobe.
The second bedroom consists of a double bed (200x160) with a connection for mobile phones and also has a spacious wardrobe.
Above there is a double bed (200x140).
In the barn of the chalet, there is a washing machine and a dryer, and there is space for your (electric) bicycles with electrical connections. The garden has a magnificent lawn area for playing fun games while parents relax on a lounge chair enjoying the sun.
The garden is completely fenced, allowing your dogs to play and run around freely.

Plattedijk 39 house 27 (Plattedijk 3. 0), in a small holiday park near the IJsselmeer.
You can walk from the park to the beach (150 m!) and also easily get to the shopping center and supermarkets (Jumbo, Aldi, Lidl, and Albert Heijn) in Lemmer.
You can park your car in the large parking lot of the park. The car may not be parked next to the house.
The holiday home is located in the Iselmar vacation park on Plattedijk in Lemmer. This park in Friesland is conveniently located relative to all the beautiful things that Lemmer and its surroundings have to offer.
There are numerous cycling and hiking routes in Friesland, and what is highly recommended is, to take a beautiful car route along the IJsselmeer followed by a delightful lunch, drink, or dinner on the terrace of `t Mar in Mirns…

Cancellation conditions:
We first recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. In case of cancellation up to 42 days before arrival, the cost is 30% of the total rent. If you cancel between 42 and 28 days before arrival, the cost is 60% of the total rent. Cancellation from 28 days before the day of arrival is 90% of the total rent. Simply great!

dear Gerrit,
we have unfortunately already returned to everyday life, but your house still defines our memory of the first week in September!
The house is very clean, very beautifully furnished, very well maintained, very nicely located, and we would always want to spend our vacation at the Ijsselmeer there again.
The open living area - consisting of a sofa corner, dining table, and a cooking island - radiates coziness. The kitchen equipment is fantastic - there is even a stand mixer for making cocktails (or smoothies). Oven AND microwave built into the cabinet wall. Plates, pots, glasses, cups, bowls, cooking utensils, and cutlery in sufficient numbers. The dishwasher doesn't have to run every day to have clean items available. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, 2 hand wash basins, and is beautifully tiled. The garden and the covered terrace area are well-maintained and designed in such a way that I took planting ideas for our garden. The fencing was secure even for our not yet fully trained young dog - a 10-month-old and unruly large Swiss Mountain Dog. The location was also wonderful - after about 200m we were at the grassy dike. The dog beach was then about 500m away. Another 700m away, we were then in the town of Lemmer, which is also worth a visit.
Conclusion: Thank you very much to you, and we will gladly come back!

Great vacation
We spent a wonderful week there.
Both the house and the garden are in a very clean and well-maintained condition. Everything you need is in the house. We just had to search for the cutlery.
The open kitchen is a dream and very well equipped.
Both the dining area and the living room are very spacious.
The bathroom is also large and very modern.
The bedrooms are a bit small, but sufficient for a vacation. The garden is completely fenced, has a great covered dining area and a grill.
Over the dike, you are at the beach in a few minutes and also at a dog beach if desired.
By car, you are in about 5 minutes in the beautiful Lemmer with many shopping options and restaurants.
Aldi, Lidl, and Jumbo are also there.
We felt more than comfortable and would love to spend our vacation there again.
