An island of tranquillity ... that is how the flat Halbinsel Pulitz in Villa Ravensberg presents itself. It got its name from the small peninsula of Pulitz, which is a nature reserve in the small Jasmund Bodden. Anyone who knows the significance of this will inevitably draw a comparison.
When planning this flat, the aim was to combine a spacious living ambience with elegant design and exclusive furnishings. The comfortable living area of this flat with its integrated conservatory provides you with an extraordinary amount of space to relax or enjoy a convivial "Klönsnak". You can sunbathe directly from the conservatory onto the beautiful south-facing terrace.
Highlight of the excursion from mid-July to mid-January:
"Pulitz" peninsula has been a nature reserve for sea eagles since 1937 and is located directly on the "Kleiner Jasmunder Bodden". Enjoy the untouched nature of this peninsula on a beautiful circular walk."

You are right in the middle of the action, but also far enough away. Your holiday home is located in the historic Putbuser Straße, where horse-drawn carriages stopped as early as the end of the 19th century to dismiss their illustrious bathing guests for their summer retreat.
