Description
The "Hafen-Butze" holiday apartment combines the charm of a historic merchant's house dating back to 1866 with modern living comfort. Completely renovated in 2023, the apartment is located on the first floor and offers 55 m² of thoughtfully designed living space for up to two adults and one child. Thanks to its elevated position, you can enjoy a small, partial view of the Flensburg Fjord.
The bright living area invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa, armchair and dining area. Large windows provide plenty of natural light while ensuring a pleasant level of privacy. The separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed promises restful nights.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a two-burner cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Dish towels and a small selection of basic seasonings are also provided.
The modern bathroom features a shower, washbasin, mirror, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer. Soap and shampoo are provided, along with soft towels and bath towels. Bed linen is, of course, included.
Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi (from 25 Mbps), a flat-screen TV with digital cable channels, a hi-fi system, radio and CD player. An iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack and a shared washing machine provide extra convenience, especially for longer stays.
Families with a young child are warmly welcome. A baby cot can be provided upon request. Youth groups are not permitted. The apartment is non-smoking, and pets are unfortunately not allowed.
One of the apartment's greatest advantages is its location. Flensburg Harbour, with its maritime atmosphere, is only about 100 metres away. The historic old town, with its charming cafés, restaurants, boutiques and shops, begins practically right outside your doorstep. Bus stops are just a few steps away, the harbour ferries are approximately 150 metres away, and the railway station is about two kilometres from the apartment. Museums, theatres, cinemas and many of Flensburg's attractions are all within easy walking distance.
Outdoor enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy. The Flensburg Fjord offers excellent opportunities for sailing, windsurfing, swimming and boat trips.
