Welcome to the charming holiday apartment "Hafen-Butze", a 2-room oasis with approx. 42 square meters on the first floor of a listed house on Neue Straße. This small shopping street in the lively old town leads directly to the harbor and is home to a variety of small, owner-managed shops.
After a comprehensive renovation at the beginning of 2021, this rustic two-room apartment not only boasts a central location, but also a fully equipped kitchen and a modern shower room. The bedroom offers 2 comfortable box spring beds that can be pushed together or pulled apart as needed. Lovingly furnished and equipped with every comfort, the apartment invites you to feel completely at home.
The holiday apartment is located in a historic, renovated old building from the 18th century. This is reflected in narrower staircases and a lower ceiling height, which underline the unique character of the building.
Please note that due to these historic properties there is no dedicated parking space available. However, public, paid parking spaces are available directly in front of the house and in nearby parking garages to ensure your comfort during your stay.

The Hafenbutze is very nice and comfortably furnished. Everything was clean. The small bathroom is beautiful and the mattresses are great. We felt very comfortable. A small drawback is the loudness of the flat above the bunkhouse, you hear every step very loudly, it rumbles and creaks. There is certainly a lack of good insulation here. It is ok for a short holiday.
