The charming mid-terrace house with 2 bedrooms, a typical settler's house from the 1950s, has been lovingly restored by its owners and given a maritime flair. The house has a unique flair and the interior has been completely redesigned.
A contemporary fitted kitchen awaits you on the ground floor, harmoniously connected to the living and dining area. A guest toilet completes the ground floor. From the living area the path opens to the sun-drenched, south-facing terrace, while in the rear part of the garden a charming garden house invites you to relax under a stylish roof. Sun loungers and a barbecue are available for your leisure time. In the living room, a smart TV with activated access to Netflix awaits you for cozy evenings.
The first floor of the house houses two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a modern daylight shower room. Each bedroom has its own television. The house, which has a complete basement, includes a versatile leisure and fitness room, a laundry room with direct access to the garden and additional storage space.
The house is already prepared for the future as it has a fiber optic connection. There is a private parking space available for guests in front of the house.

We were able to enjoy two weeks together in this holiday home in late summer 2023. The entire house is modernly furnished without feeling cold, is in an extremely well-maintained condition, and is lovingly decorated. The most common kitchen utensils are available, as well as some games including a game console. The seating area in the back of the garden is cozy and offers a beautiful view of the nautically designed garden. The shed is suitable for storing bicycles. Due to its location, shops for everyday needs are easily accessible on foot, by bike, or by car (usually without the need to search for parking). For late needs, there is a kiosk on the main street. The city center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot and the fjord even faster. The booking DIRECTLY through the local agency went smoothly, without any significant questions remaining unanswered at any time. Conclusion: This beautiful house and garden invite you to enjoy your stay there not only on rainy and rest days. You are well taken care of, can make day trips during the day, and in the evening, enjoy the terrace, go out at the port and in the old town - or simply end the day by the fjord.
