The flat is located on the 2nd floor, facing the back, in a quiet area but still right in the middle.
The lift takes you directly from the underground car park to the 2nd floor.
A beach chair on the beach belongs to the flat from Easter to 15.09. Included in the booking.
The holiday flat JB-MeerZeit Wo. 22 is suitable for up to 4 persons (2 adults, 2 children or 3 adults).
The flat also has an underground parking space (no. 22)
The spacious living/dining room is equipped with a cosy corner couch, which can be converted into a sleeping area (1.40 x 2.00 m) for 2 people in a few easy steps.
2x Flat-TV, radio/ CD are available.
From the living room you have access to the balcony, where you can linger comfortably.
In the separate bedroom there is a double bed (1.80 x 1.90m 2 mattresses), a spacious wardrobe with sliding doors and a wall-mounted flat screen TV.
The bathroom is bright and friendly and equipped with a bathtub with shower fitting.
The separate kitchen offers everything you need for daily life.
In the basement there is a bicycle room for general use and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (for a fee) Shopping facilities, restaurants as well as small shops are in the immediate vicinity.
The beach is only a few minutes walk away (approx. 400m)
Minimum rental period 7 days. Exception for periods of less than 7 days.
Please understand that this holiday accommodation is a non-smoking apartment
(on the balcony of course allowed).
Dogs are unfortunately not allowed.

We would love to come back!
We had a wonderful stay in the holiday apartment. The location is great: centrally located and even two bakeries right outside the door. There were plenty of shopping options. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. I brought too many utensils from home for the first time, which were not necessary at all. The landlord was very, very nice and accommodating. The underground garage had a separate bicycle cellar, which was very convenient for us as we arrived with bicycles. In nice weather, we lounged in the beach chair, which was also available. We can only recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful location
We were in the apartment from July 8th to July 17th, we liked it very much and the furnishings were very good. Mr. Burchhardt is a very friendly landlord. We will definitely book the apartment again.

PERFEKT!
The holiday apartment is very lovingly and maritime decorated. Nothing is missing. It is bright and absolutely cozy. The nice large balcony faces the back and is well equipped. The view into the greenery is very soothing for the soul. The location is top; no matter where you want to go, whether to the beach or shopping, the distances are not far.
Mr. Burchhardt is a very nice and uncomplicated landlord who wants to ensure that you have a pleasant holiday in the apartment. That has worked out perfectly for him.

Easter vacation
We had a wonderful relaxing time in the holiday apartment! The location is great, the apartment is clean and fully equipped, and the landlord is super nice; everything was perfect!!! We will gladly come back and have a favorite for our next Grömitz vacation!
